Disappointing 😞
The rooms were dirty and smelly. I won't come back here. The only good thing about this place is the restaurant, the food was delicious and the service was exceptional. Los cuartos estaban sucios y olian mal. No regresaria mas a este hotel. Lo unico buno de este lugar fue el restaurante, la comida estaba deliciosa y el servicio muy bueno.

We used hotel.com for all our stoops on the way from Delaware to Mexico. The stop was one of the great ones. Although it was clean and had some amenities we couldn’t use because we were only there to sleep. I would definitely stay there again. The front desk was very nice , since I didn’t speak Spanish.

The place was clean, the staff was most helpful, and in particular the restaurant staff was fabulous. Our only complaint is that the beds were way to hard.

Should not be 3 star
The clerk gave me a terrible dirty room with a broken air conditioner and window. She kept sending the repairman instead of giving me a new room. She finally did give me something better when I told her I would be writing a review on hoteles.com. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel in cleanliness or service.

Absolutely value for money
I only stayed for 1 night but it was value for money. It had bedroom and living room. The only minus point was no Wifi coverage in the room. the food in the restoraunt was delicious with reasonable price. I will absolutely stay at the hotel if I come again to Boca del Rio, Veracruz

Noisy, sleepless night
Great deal for the price and location but since we had our pet dog with us, they gave us a room right on the main beach boulevard and the road noise was unbearable and unending throughout the entire night. I didn't sleep at all that night. If we were in a room off of the highway, it would have been fine.

It was great, good location, right on the beach. Walking distance to Playa Mocambo and a bunch of Seafood restaurants. Also about 10 yards away from a Papa Johns pizza.

Well located colorful motel
Conveniently located and very affordable, this motel is good value for money. Rooms are big and confortable, wifi is good and the pool area is nice. We didn't take breakfast so can't review it, but their service is good, I asked a coffee in the room and got it quickly. A proper chair instead of a stool would be a nice little addition. My room was a bit noisy due to a road behind this part of the motel, it didn't bother me but make sure to check the location of your room if you are sensitive to noise.

Stayed only one night in a economy room, which was clean and comfortable enough but small (I paid for an economy room, didn't I?). A bit of humidity in the closet but nothing to worry about. You make a deposit to get the air conditioning and tv remote controls and you get your money back at check-out.

Good value for the money.
Enjoyed the pool and restaurant has a good breakfast. The suite was clean and the facilities including air conditioning all worked well. The beach is across a very busy road so you have to be careful in crossing.

Nice location, but would not recommend.
The hotel is located right across the street from the beach, but unless you don't mind brushing your teeth with brown water every once in a while, poor water pressure, or GETTING BITTEN BY BED BUGS, I would not recommend that you stay here. Maybe I just got unlucky with my room, but you get what you pay for I guess. There's Wi-Fi, that's the only positive I could think of.

Great staffs
Although most of the staffs dontvspeak English but they all tried their best to understand and help us with whatever we need.They are all always smiling and have relaxed auras.To have fridge and coffee maker with tea/sugar would be a perfect stay. I will go back there again.

Nice place to stay and just across the street from the beach. Staff was excellent. Just a little difficult to communicate since we don't speak much Spanish at all. Room (215) was spacious and clean. Air conditioner old and a little noisy. They are currently repainting the outside of the buildings. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay again. Great price!

The room, dark and bad odor
I so not understand how Expedia can be included in your list of hotels to this pigsty called Mediterranean Suites. The room, a dark, bad odor and when asked something better, I was transferred to a similar more large, I wanted to wash my hands and the sink was clogged and the water with dirt and hairs; I leave the hotel and they charged me 200 pesos more for the upgrade... I demand return me my money, I spent a few minutes in the room, enough to find a decent hotel.

Great location in the center of Boca del Rio, across the street from the beach. Many maintenance issues. I did not have wifi in my room for four days. I told management that it was not working on the first day. I had a wireless signal, but the router had no internet connectivity. To say that they were uninspired/un-eager to fix it would be a gross understatement. Rooms are old and lack sufficient electrical outlets. Shower drain insufficient. Perhaps this is the kind of experience to be expected with the price I paid, but a little maintenance would go a long way. Hotel staff very friendly. Excellent food in restaurant, and good prices.

Great hotel for families!
This hotel is great because it has a kitchen with a living room type of area for people to sit as well as a table. The kitchen has a microwave, sink and refrigerator which was awesome! The bedroom is a separate room with a door, which is nice to put kids to bed if everyone else wants to stay awake. The bedroom also has a pretty big closet to put your clothes in which is nice. The pool is not really big but has nice places to sit with shade and tables. We have gone to this hotel two times, once in around november when it was not crowded at all as well as August where it was very crowded. In November it was great but in August the pool was WAY too crowded.

I wish that this hotel would provide more comfortable beds to sleep on. I also wish that they would renew the rooms. Although the employees were very nice and respectful!
