I stayed there the night before my departure back to the US. My room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is well-kept in general. The staff at the front desk was helpful and courteous.

Very good staff

Very clean hotel with excellent staff always working on the place. They clean the windows facing the Gulf every day since the get a little coated with salt spray. The police station is very close and there is continuous police presence all around. Change your dollars accross the street for a little more. The hotel offered 11 to the dollar and accross the street was 12.4 pesos to the dollar. The food was all good in the restaurant although the variety did not change much on the buffet during the week.

This hotel is one of the better hotel located near the beachfront area and nearby downtown. The rooms are very clean and modernized and for even more convenience the hotel has both a restuarant and bar within. I especially enjoyed the great service given by the staff. This was a terrific stay at an affordable price.

Very clean, quite comfortable but noisy

Posted Nov 26, 2012 on Hotels.com
The hotel is quite good and its restaurant serves very delicious food... however, it is located at a very, very busy intersection. That and the mexican driving culture of honking for whatever reason makes the rooms located on the street side and lower floors very noisy in the morning. If you have to go to work in the morning this is a non-concern but if you are planing to sleep in after 7.45am during weekdays you will notice the noise. Also, during the evenings, they host weddings, graduation ceremonies and parties which means that now you have a night club in the evenings in the first floor; I stayed on the third floor and you could hear, and feel!, the base and it was one of the worst nights of my life.

Excellent quality-price balance...

Great rooms, cleaness and restaurant service excellent. On the other side the pool area is small and the surrounding neighborhood is not suitable for night walking.
