“Very nice inside, shabby outside”

Great location along main road. Shabby outside and typical motel lay-out, but when we went inside we were so surprised and how nice it was - looked recently remodeled. All rooms have kitchenette with microwave, fridge, stove, and kitchen sink (no oven). We only stayed one night since on way to Dinosaur National Monument, but would have stayed longer since nice inside. Hotel staff was also very nice.

“Very Unsatisfied”

We were promised a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. We payed extra for our pet when we booked and they tried to charge us again when we got their. Very rude employees.

“Not impressed”

The room smelt like it had been smoked in. I put my clothes in my car so they would not stink the next morning. The heater not working properly making it extremely hot in the room I had to get up several times during the night to turn it on when cold and off when it was extremely hot as it would constantly run. I stayed at this location over the other one in town because this one was listed on the website as having "wireless internet" included. In fact there was no internet at all when I tried it. I will in the near future have to travel and stay the night in this area but will not book a room at this particular location.
