“Not impressed”

Seemed to have a lack of towels.

Plumbing was terrible. Could not run the water in sink without load groaning sound. When the toilet plugged not only did they not offer to fix it, they made me come down to pick up a plunger. Oh and the pool was "out of service" all 4 days of our stay and the room smelled like some cheap odor masking product. Must be a shortage of hotels in the area.

“Would never go back”

where do I begin. Mattress on bed was awful. Asked for a non-smoking Queen, got smoking Queen (couldn't go in the room smell was awful) got room changed only had non-smoking full size. They never suggested changed room later in week. never changed sheets, vaccuumed, rug torn. When I complained there was no appology or explinataion. said fridge & micro and there wasn't any. Half the time they took the towels but didn't replace them.
