Our home away from home.Posted Jul 6, 2014
Pros: The music, the fountain, the decor, the food, the rooms and the staff.
Cons: For the price, I would love to get a spa deal.
Location: Vero has a great beach and lovely parks in walking distance. There are a lot of boutiques to shop and good restaurants.
This is one of our favorite hotels when we visit Vero every year. This is where I want to stay. Why? The view, the food, the ambiance, and the superb staff who are not only friendly but go out of their way to make you feel taken care of. Even when the weather hasn't been great, I still enjoy the hotel's comfortable beds and that I can bring my little poodle makes it the best placed to stay on Vero Beach.

I would stay here again.Posted Jul 1, 2014
The hotel was nice and defiantly a 4-star resort. The staff was super friendly and offered assistance many times. The pool was def an A along with amenities. The only compliant I have is the view was horrible. We stayed on the 2nd floor facing an ally and building. The room was nice but we kept the shades closed the whole time.

Great place to stay!Posted Jun 20, 2014
Location: Unfortunately Vero Beach in general didn't keep my interest and it was hard to find things to do and places to shop.
The staff was very friendly and lots of fun. The rooms were beautifully decorated, clean and very comfortable. Our oceanfront view was definitely everything I had hoped for and I couldn't have been happier. Would most definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Escape From the Mother in LawPosted May 30, 2014
We arrived late in the evening and the gentlemen at the front desk greeted us with a warm smile. Check in went smoothly and we were given two vouchers for mojitos. Our room was inviting and warm with a modern feel. The pool at night is truly a thing of beauty with its beautiful glow and warm water. Breakfast was wonderful and check was fast. I might make this a regular visit when dealing with my in-laws.

Felt Safe and Well Cared ForPosted May 25, 2014
Location: Beautiful area. Great shops, seafood, casual dining and convenience store within walking distance. Beautiful beach.
Every detail of my stay was attended to by the hotel staff at the highest level of service. I did not have even one disappointing experience. Their attention to our safety was very comforting. When my Mom and I were relaxing on the beach, we received some unwelcome attention. The staff on duty were obviously trained on how to protect guests because they watched over us and intervened discreetly. The food was fantastic also.

Nice break while son played baseball nearbyPosted Mar 23, 2014
Pros: Spa was very nice. So convenient to everything. We loved having a room right on the water.
Cons: Menu at the restaurant is a little limited, but plenty of nice restaurants nearby. Bar area near the pool needs updating, but good service.
Location: So many shops and great restaurants, as well as lots of beach to walk. My son was at baseball training camp at nearby Dodgertown.
Such a wonderful time. Hotel was very luxurious, and we felt spolied, right down to having our own umbrella or cabana on the beach, with food and drink service.

2nd Trip and continued excellencePosted Mar 8, 2014
Cons: Lower the wine by glass by a couple of dollars.
Location: You'll need to explore this yourself. I use 'open table' to locate and make reservations at the best restaurants in Vero Beach beforehand.
This is a terrific boutique hotel and particularly well suited for couples who don't wish to be entertained by screaming children. The hotel staff is professional, friendly, and always helpful. I forgot to pack my leather jacket (yes, it was on the cooler side last week in Vero Beach) when departing, called the hotel upon arriving home, and they packed it up and sent it to me via Fed Express. We will definitely return many times in the future.

One of the few good options on the beachPosted Feb 25, 2014
Pros: A clean, well appointed and upscale facility. The staff was always pleasant and helpful.
Cons: We opted for an ocean front room to enjoy the peace of the ocean. The pool filter and A/C condensers outside the room were too noisy to hear over!
Location: Some local boutiques and weekend farmers market/art show are within strolling distance. A few eateries and coffee shops. No nightlife to speak of.
The hotel is welcoming, well appointed and staffed. It promises a "spa" experience which you can certainly achieve here. We were able to utilize all the amenities whenever we needed/wanted and nothing was ever overcrowded. The ratio of common space/staff to guests was very good. Parking, sometimes a chore at resort facilities, was ample and quick...and didn't cost a fortune. There is plenty to do within a short stroll of the hotel.
