Location: shopping and browsing. Easy on and off from I 95
overall experience was very good. The decking around the pool area needs attention.

Pros: It was exceptionally comfortable, all employees were helpful. The added treats (coffee, cookies, fruit) in the lobby were very nice-breakfast good.
Cons: Signs showing location of the inn, so that it can found much easier.
Location: Perfect for those shopping the Mall...otherwise, a little too far from the main downtown area and beach area.
It was difficult to find the location of the hotel, which was hidden behind the Hampton Inn--the street sign was missing.. there were no signs for Country Inn and Suites at all. Otherwise, we were very satifsfied with our stay there.

Pros: Very convenient to our needs in the area. We had family stay in the same hotel. The price was very reasonable!
Cons: Cover the pool with a lanai!! Lots of bugs at night in the pool area.
Location: Hotel was located at I-95 and outlet mall, (which my wife enjoyed) We were in the area for a wedding on the beach and enjoyed our stay in the area!!
We arrived on a Thursday afternoon to a wonderful receptionist! She introduced herself and welcomed us to "HER" hotel. The interior lobby was very clean and inviting! She explained when breakfast was available each day and what to expect for breakfast. She gave us a map of the area and explained where different attractions were in the Vero Beach area.

Pros: The staff, the pool, our room, &that it is pet friendly
Cons: If you had balconies, or sliders that open to the grounds
Location: We were staying right off 95 in vero beach Florida. A huge mall was in walking distance as well as a few restaurants
Excellent ! The staff was outstanding. They could not do enough for us, making our stay just great. Two front desk employees Maggie and Brittni were the best. I hope you realize what an asset each one is to your company, also that this is a pet friendly hotel

Older couple just got married, just wanted a night away. Wonderful price, beautiful room and staff was extremely nice. Will definitely recommend this hotel to any of our out of town guest.

We found the hotel to look very upscale...the bedding, the room, the lobby and breakfast area, however, I didn't realize that this was a pet friendly hotel until I saw several people checking in with the mangiest dogs I have seen. I saw one man come in with a large scruffy dog and his jeans were covered in dog hair...this totally grossed me out.. I am sure these animals get up on the furniture and bedding. You don't allow smoking in the rooms, but you allow animals that can carry in ticks and fleas, possibly have accidents in the rooms. Therefore, I will never stay there again because after seeing these pets, I felt totally uncomfortable even sitting in a chair in the room.

Met all of our requirements for a hotel; clean, quiet & comfortable. Wonderful bedding. We didn't get a chance to experience the hot breakfast because we had to depart quite early. Despite being very close to the highway we couldn't hear it from the room. The room included a fridge and microwave.
