Home away from homePosted Feb 11, 2014
Pros: Everything--the staff, food, accommodations, mattress, closet space.
Location: Many beaches in Stuart, Jensen, Hutchinson Island, Ft. Pierce (Navy Sea Museum), Walton Beach. Numerous restaurants in PSL.
We spent two weeks at Hampton Inn. The rooms are very large and have excellent bathroom. The mattress is better than ours. The maid service was excellent and the women very friendly. Twice we were in the room when they serviced. They were very thorough and cleaned it as if it were their home. The breakfasts were great with such a variety of foods and good daily rotation of selections. The hotel has recently been renovated. The Hilton spent $1 million on the lobby alone. It is a very pleasant area to watch TV, sit or eat. The free computer room was great. Complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available throughout the day. Hot home-baked cookies were available ~6 p.m. They were so delish!! The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. They printed maps for us and gave suggestions for restaurants and beaches along Treasure Coast. Kelly was very friendly.

Very CleanPosted Jan 30, 2014
Pros: Friendliness and cleanliness
Everything was very clean. The beds were extra comfy. Normally cannot sleep on hotel beds but was able to do that here.

Close to PGA VillagePosted Jan 28, 2014
Stayed there while playing golf at PGA Village. Was very satisfied with the Staff, cleanliness, room comfort & size as well as the easy access to I95 & the golf center. Breakfast was good as was housekeeping. Great rate and would stay at this location again.

Golf visitPosted Jan 26, 2014
Pros: Clean, modern, great service.
The hotel was terrific , the only drawback was the poor fitness room, two machines in my mind is not a fitness centre. Having said that a five minute drive away is a Gold's Gym , that provides weekly rates. You might want to mention it to your clients and they might arrange a discount for guests at the gym .

I loved the hotel!Posted Jan 24, 2014
Cons: Lower prices, lol.
Location: I was in Port St. Lucie to visit my granddaughter and great-grandchildren, so that was my main focus. Beautiful area--we drove around a lot.
I loved the personal, friendly service. Everyone was so helpful and nice. I met the lady that cleaned the rooms on my floor and discovered that she will be coming to Mexico (I live Guadalajara) soon and we plan on getting in touch even though she is going to Mexico City which is 7 hours away. The breakfast was very good for a complementary breakfast, plenty of food, good variety, fresh fruit and bakery items, and hot chocolate available, though the pre-made omelet was weird. The lady maintaining the breakfast area was always attentive to things that needed to be done. I especially liked the fact that breakfast was open until 10 as I've never encountered that before. The lobby was large with a high ceiling, many windows and very beautiful. There were plenty of accessible outlets in the room--very modern. At the hotel I stayed in when I was in Tampa, I had to move the minifridge to find a 3-prong outlet for my computer--very out-of-date facility and only a few dollars cheaper than Hampton Inn. As you can tell I had a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn in Port St. Lucie.

Quiet and comfy.Posted Jan 7, 2014
Location: Right across the street is some shopping, food, bowling, etc. Great location right off of I95.
The ONLY reason for not an "excellent" rating is that they were remodeling and had just painted so the fumes were a bit much for me. BUT I do love that they were remodeling/touching up paint. Shows that they care about the look of the hotel. Breakfast staff went above and beyond for my daughters allergies and making sure she could have a safe meal. Would have loved to try out the pool but the first night a man was out there smoking his cigar and we didn't want to deal with that. The next night it was raining. When we visit family in the area again, we will be staying here.

Great locationPosted Jan 6, 2014
Pros: Modern, clean. Great rooms for four people. Breakfast was convenient.
Cons: We did have some issues, but it wasn't enough to give a bad review. If we was guest don't communicate our issues, managers can't fix the problem.
Location: Perfect place if you want it all. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. You can go either direction and find almost everything you want.

Nice HotelPosted Dec 9, 2013
Pros: The hotel was close to shops and restaurants.
Cons: The eggs are the powdered kind. A bit dry. But that's all I can think of. Other than that the breakfast was great and the coffee was hot and fresh.
Location: Hotel located right off the highway so that was great. Shopping and restaurants.
Hotel was great. Small so you don't have to wait on the elevator for forever. Great locale. Check in was a breeze and the room was decorated really well. Ample amount of towels and washcloths and they also keep an extra roll of Scott tissue in the bathroom.
