Nice hotel convenient to lots

Hotel was nice. Very convenient to good restaurants, movie theater, shops, banks, gas stations. It would have been nice if there had been a 24 hour coffee station in the lobby. Also, bathrooms need fans to alleviate steam covered mirror. Overall, a nice place. Wish they offered Food network on tv. Not a lot to choose from.

There are actually fans in the bathrooms, however they are extremely quiet, and possibly not working properly. We are also in the process of upgrade our TV Channel offerings, so hopefully you will stay with us again and have a more enjoyable stay! Thank you again!

Pros: Clean
Cons: mattresses were not firm enough. Time for new ones?
Location: GPS took us from Turnpike to the back way in. Took much longer than it should have. I95 exit is right next to hotel! Leaving was much faster.
The place was very nice...only one complaint... I slept in and didn't put do not disturb on door. Was awakened 3 times before 1pm. And because I missed housekeeping, the beds were never made etc even after requesting several times. Otherwise, very adequate.

Good stop before Miami

Had to stop before we went to Miami next day. Great stay, easy on and off to freeway, plenty of restaurants and gas stations just on other side of freeway. I would recommend if you were going golfing here or if just an overnight stay to be close to Miami

Very nice hotel. Stay there with friends before. Love everything about the hotel. The entrance is beautiful. The rooms are clean we got friendly staff.

We came for a get-away for 2 nights. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The food in the restaurant was delicious! Clean hotel, nice pool! We will be back again. Thanks all!

Perfect for our getaway

Everything was great, staff very polite and attentive. Room was very clean. The only thing I found faulty was the bathroom at the lobby area needs some remodeling. But other than that no problems or concerns.

Fire alarm at 10PM

We've stayed here once before and had a nice stay then, but this time it turned out to be a negative experience. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the tv had scratches on the screen, and the fan in the bathroom did not work. The second night at 10PM the fire alarm went off. At first we thought it was just our room, come to find out ALL alarms were going off. We called the front desk and the guy rudely said it was a false alarm and he had to call the fire department, then hung up. After just over 5 minutes the alarms finally shut off, but ours kept beeping. We later found out there was a wedding party by the pool and they set off fireworks, which caused the alarms to go off. Thankfully we had not yet fallen asleep completely when they went off...I feel bad for people who had to wake up early the next day, and for those with children. I went down and talked to the desk guy and he sent a maintenance guy up, Jeremy, whom I must say was the nicest and most helpful guy at this hotel. He fixed the detector. And the night before he helped with the tv --replaced it and made sure we wouldn't be charged for the damages. Jeremy was WONDERFUL! This hotel needs some help, but kudos to Jeremy for being kind, professional and friendly.
