Pros: Proximity to Indian Riverside Park.
Cons: Too bad the bar and grill with loud nightly weekend entertainment is so close to the Inn.
Katie, the Innkeeper went above and beyond as she helped me unwind after locking my keys in my rental car after attending a Celebration of Life. She had preplanned to move that afternoon and instead she had to hang back and help me.

Nice Bed and Breakfast block from town centerPosted May 12, 2014
Pros: comfortable beds, friendly staff, great breakfast in the morning, close to ocean
Cons: the home is over 100 years old . . . so it's not perfect however, it's clean, things work well and beds were very comfortable, and great breakfast
Location: within walking distance to ocean and activities
Historic home, comfortable beds, pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, one block from towns shopping area, within walking distance to good restaurants, good value.

Delicious breakfast. Charming hostess. Good location. Inn close to train tracks. Not particularly bothersome. Comfortable. TV. Internet access free and good connection!

Somehow I missed the fact this is a bed & breakfast and not a locally owned motel. It is very clean, she is a nice lady, she makes a good breakfast but it's a B&B and there is still the feeling you're staying in distant uncle's spare room. Our bathroom was across the hall, it was shared with another room. There wasn't a chair or anything to sit on in our room other than the bed. Oh and it's a tough neighborhood too.

The interior of the inn was well appointed. The innkkeeper was very friendly and was willing to switch rooms. The 3-course breakfast was delicious too. The area was close to the river, stores and restaurants.

Nice and cozyPosted Apr 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
We spend two nights at the Inn for Easter. Katie, the innkeeper, is very attentive and warm. The breakfast was delicious. Weekend nights are noisy as there is a bar across the street. The railroad tracks are very close, be prepared for a loud whistle around 5am. All in all it was a nice stay. We will be back next year.

Wonderful Breakfast!Posted Mar 15, 2013 on Hotels.com
This establishment was very clean and inviting. Inside atmosphere very calm and serene. A wonderful breakfast was served in three courses in a quiet relaxing diningroom. The downside is that you are not near the water, there was no ice available, and there is a bar establishment next door, and there is a train railway within hearing at night. If you are there to enjoy the area it is a wonderful place to stay.

A nice place to relax and get away from everyday stress. Walking distance from restaurants and local bars. Antique and art shops are also walking distance. Beachs are not far either. Great place!!
