Check in was fast. Had issue with shower, mold coming up from the drain in 118. Unsanitary for your guests. Moved to 241. Wreaks of cigarette smoke and mildew in the halls, and room.

While the room's industrial flooring looked new, everything else about the room needed a complete remodel. The non-slip tub stickers were worn-out, making stepping into the tub unsafe. The tub caulking looked moldy. The bedspread was pilled. The air conditioning system put out a musty smell. There was a floor lamp that had no controlling wall switch. The grounds between the main building, and the pool, were poorly maintained. No one appeared to attend the breakfast bar.

My room was very nasty. Dirty tub, floors, walls, counters, & frig. Very noisy in the middle of the night. Outside sitting area dirty and messy. Pool dirty. I would appreciate a refund.

We arrived at the property at 3:05pm EST. I was told the room was not ready. At 3:26 I followed up with the front desk. At 3:57pm we were given room 210 and when we stepped out of the elevator the room was directly across. Once we walked in we were shocked! The floor was wet, there was a kitchenette and that is something I would never want because of roaches. The bathtub was dirty and needs to be regrouted around the toilet and tub. The floor was so dirty we were afraid to put our feet on the floor and used flip flops in the shower. There was a large gap when you closed the front door that faced the elevator. We slept with the lights on to avoid bugs and as two women felt unsafe and uncomfortable especially with a gap in the door. Room service did not clean the night table that had dried coffee on it and I cleaned it myself including dusting the other tables. The lamp also had a rip.The view was awful with over 20 pieces of broken equipment piled up that can bring bugs and rodents into the inn. The website was also misleading because the reviews I read said mainstay but the front of the hotel said the venue was the Sleep Inn. I am a victim and feel totally mislead with the name and the absolute filth, unsanitary conditions, and fear with a large gap in the door in front of an elevator. We were also afraid to sleep in the bed and went out to purchase pillow cases and two blankets that we placed over the hotel bedding. This was the worst nightmare we’ve ever experienced.

Because I complained about people smoking stench weed and loud noises and filth as well as air conditioning that didn’t work the 6.5 Hotel Manager accused me of smoking and raided my room stating he is calling the cops. The maid he was with was in shock that was with him. I will be writing a personal letter to the CEO of these hotels. These small town hotel managers and staff are generally a 50-50. Police back the bullies and are VERY REAL. I was terrified for my life!

The room was extremely dirty even the walls full of stain we pulled out the sofa bed and it was all stained and full of crumbs the bathtub looks dirty and there was random hairs everywhere the room only had one working light bulb all the appliances and furniture looks like they got it from an abandoned house we stood there for two night they didn’t even bother to ask us if we needed more towel or at least empty our garage can we walked around with white socks let just say they wasn’t white after a few hours we didn’t complain because we was there for a wedding we had a lot going on and didn’t want to deal with the headache also it wasn’t only our room that was dirty my friend also booked a room in the second floor and he also had a dirty room n bathroom

We ended up leaving, the staff was kind enough to give us credit and not charge our card. My wife fell and twisted her ankle due to all the holes on the floors under the carpet. She is doing a little better now

The property is run down, pool was filthy, outside chairs old. The room was disgusting. Got a handicap room i didn't ask for and my husband almost feel in their shower. Very slippery for being handicap. Furniture old, toilet dirty.on and on. Expedia, you should be ashamed of yourself for not looking st properties before you put them on your site.

Property older and looking a little tired. For longer stays it had fridge, micro, dishwasher, stove top, sink and a frw dishes. Staff was kind and perfectly accommodating. Did not stay for breakfast.. so I can't comment. Room did have a couple of unexpected guests. A couple of bugs. Made note to staff who stated they would handle.

Where do I start. All the other reviews say it is dirty but it is not. My room was very clean and so is the lobby and the elevator. There are not a great amount of amenities but the hotel gets a bad rap. I had a great stay.

We were there 5 minutes and had to leave due to the overwhelming smell of mold then the string odor of pine sol trying to cover up the mold smell. Instint headache. Absolutely disgusting

Sheets changed once in 7 days. Noisy dirty hallways with litter on hallway floors. Breakfast terrible (what there was of it) breakfast lady very unfriendly. Won’t be ever staying here again.

I like the place and the location, the Staff were very nice specially at the front desk . For the room it was very specious but the bathroom need to upgrade the lights was not Brite and the bathtub very old and rusty also there were small roaches running around in the bathroom
