Staff was great! Suite in adjacent building was confusing to find and a few things in the room could use servicing. We reported the problems to management, who I believe will address the issues.

foliage and paths around the property were unique and beautiful. Restaurant was excellent, best of two plus week trip to the south. Friendly staff.

Hidden gem
The nicest people ever. Cute private rooms , beautiful private property with delicate flowers hanging from the building. Clean linen, bathroom and pool. It’s a hidden gem that we accidentally stumbled upon and will do it again . Check in was easy . Loved the smell and feel , it feels like heaven. Short fun walk to the ocean. There’s even a cute little pizza restaurant next door with amazing food and very nice staff.

Restaurant and bar were closed
cute motel but needs work. Wish it was online that restaurant &bar are CLOSED Mon&Tues. We specifically booked for that! Wed already driven 4 hours then had to drive back to town.Something wrong with electrical near bathroom sink, light flickered off and on and blow dryer stopped working. there was some sort of large device, not sure what it even was, in kitchen area that was super loud, we just unplugged it.

Our Minnie, the little poodle you encountered, visits our front desk regularly. This is her home and she is always on her best behavior. Apologies for any inconvenience this caused you.

Beautiful location
Primo location. Safe, quiet, beautiful, walkable neighborhood. Very clean and comfy room. Bathroom is very small but very clean. Lots of lush foliage. Terrific restaurant/bar on premises.

Everyone at this hotel was so friendly and competent. The food was beyond excellent - breakfast and dinner. The coffee… yum! The wait staff were personable and excellent at their job. The piano bar was so fun each night. You feel like you are in your own private oasis when you are at the pool, eating outdoors or just walking to your room. We will stay there again. Excellent!

This was the most adorable boutique hotel! The pool is so cute and clean. There are several options for eating right on the property and a perfect little piano bar. It was the perfect place to stay for a girls getaway weekend! I can’t wait to come back here again.

This room was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. The furnishings were tired and uncomfortable. The toilet was literally in the shower. And the mattress was so saggy it felt more like a bean bag chair than a mattress. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Interesting but somewhat rustic property. Breakfast at the leased restaurant was fabulous but dinner there was just okay. Dinner next door at the Italian restaurant was excellent.

Overnight stay to visit family after a Disney vacation. Vero Beach is a nice little city. The hotel staff was excellent and our room was very nice. Right next door to a great Italian restaurant also.
