“Going Back!!!!!”

We can't wait to go back. We visit the area often and were never happy with one place enough to go back. Not now! We found the place we will stay every time we go. It was a short walk to the beach, where swam with wild dolphins, and we were not surrounded by alot of people. The jetty was another short walk after dinner at some great places. As for the hotel itself the room was spacious the bed was comfortable and that was important after a 20 hour drive. And the place was kept very clean. Before our trip I called to ask for resturant recommendations and they were happy to help. And the most important thing to us was that we felt safe and we did! And I almost forgot about the added bonus of the balcony...we sat out there at night and relaxed and just listened to the water and the sounds of the island!

“Would Recommend!!”

This was a perfect fit for my needs. I love the Beaches in Fort Pierce, but most of my friends are in South Vero Beach. The Inn is also located close to several interesting museums on Seaway (the road that takes you to the Inn). If you have never been you should go to them; the Fort Pierce historical museum, the Smithsonian Institute has a Marine Ecosystem Exhibit that cost $2 for adults or it's FREE on Tuesdays. (I've been several times, kids love it) There is also a park with a playground on the same street.

Very nice hotel close to the beach. I had a room with a sunrise view of the Atlantic. Within walking distance of Mangrove Matties a great seafood restaurant. Staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs.

“Nice, peaceful hotel”

My wife and I chose this hotel for a 3 night mid-week break because of the price--it couldn't be beaten. As a 2 star hotel, we weren't expecting much, but were so pleased with our stay, The hotel is in a quiet residential area, yet just across the street from the beach and park. We had an ocean view room, and it was in the distance, but it was still pleasant to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise. The room was clean,but not sparkling (not many beach hotels are outside of the 5 star range). The hotel has that old family-run, laidback atmosphere and everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice bonus to start the day. Our only complaint was getting used to the A/C noise in the room and not having a swimming pool or outdoor shower to wash off sand. Not that a pool was important to us, it might be for families/couples spending more than a few days there. Overall, we would recommend the hotel and, because we love the area and the great price of the hotel, we look forward to returning.

“Great Little Budget Hotel”

Great Little Budget Hotel! My husband and I stayed at The Royal Inn from 12/13 to 12/18. We were greeted with a friendly smile from Cynthia, the hotel manager, and was able to check into our room early. The room was clean, and well kept; thanks to own maid service - she was terrific! and had a beautirful view (though the picture on the website is a little dated - hotel does not sit on the beach but across from it). The bed was comfortable and we had no maintenance issues. We had taken our G-3 (john boat) with us to fish and had plenty of room to park. We give The Royal Inn 5 Stars! We will definitely go back.

I did not know quite what to expect but I found that the Royal Inn is an excellent value. It is conveniently located to the beach and the inlet and is small enough (19 units?) for personal attention. It is very clean and well maintained with balconies for most all the units, and refrigerators/freezers/microwaves. Continental breakfast is very good although low key. I would definitely stay there again and if you are looking for a clean and convenient place to stay in Ft. Pierce without frills, look no further.

Great Staff, Very clean rooms! Nicely situated near the Jetties for fishing or plenty of beach to enjoy. Exactly what you would expect beach side! Key West style decor, newly renovated and make sure and get the Peel and eat shrimp at Archies just down the street!

“Best Hotel Experience”

This hotel is by far the best one on the coast. You get what you pay for and much more! The location is utmost perfect - you get the serenety of the nature, and yet, it's just minutes away from the city. Hotel staff is knowledgable and can point you in the right direction. The rooms are very clean and the views are awesome. I will try to come back to this place and only stay at this hotel. Thank you, Royal Inn.
