Nice well located budget accommodation in VeronaPosted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: Location and value for money
Cons: Lots, but that would detract from its charm
Pleasant stay. Hosts were very accommodating. Basic but comfortable budget accommodation close to the centre of verona.

Good location but noisyPosted Jun 6, 2014
Pros: Location and the nice bakery shop where the free breakfast is provided.
Cons: Noise level too loud. Towels need to be improved, better mattress.
Location: About a 10-minute walk to the center of town.
We stayed at the B&B Giulietta in May 2014. The rooms were clean and roomy. Nothing special about the decor though it included a kitchenette and pull-out sleeper sofa. The bathroom was tiny, especially the shower which I'm certain could not accommodate plus size people. Though we didn't expect luxury 2 areas that needed improvement were the towels, which were older and thin, and the hard mattress. We were welcomed by, I believe, the owner's mother, who was friendly and helpful. The apartment's spaciousness was nice for the 3 of us however the noise was unbearable when we had the windows opened. The narrow street and stone buildings made for loud noise each time a car passed. Though it's advertised as a B&B, breakfast is offered off-site and there is nothing of the rapport you usually experience when the hosts are present. More of an apartment rental with the added room for families.

Like being at homePosted Feb 5, 2014
Pros: Close to city center, but 10 minute away for less noise and crowd. Roomy and had a couch it the kitchenette area for added or more relaxed seating.
Cons: Shower and towels
Location: 1/2 blk from a main road = less traffic and people noise. Voucher for cafe that is 2 blks towards city center so convenient to stop on way to site see
This is a small apt across the bridge from the center of Verona which made for a wonderful and photo op 10 min walk. A bit hard to find, but once you do it has all the comforts of home. Cons, first because so few: I am a 4'10" woman and was barely room for me so anyone taller would have to shower with door open. Need better and more towels. Cons: close yet away from the crowd of City Center, Cafe where you can use your voucher was awesome. Mom speaks little English (need to update my Italian), but would call Son right away for help. He was very gracious and explained how to use heat. Provide car park for your convenience. Bedding was warm and comfortable. Price was good. I can't say enough good things about this place. I felt at home in Verona and can't wait to go back next Oct.
Perfect for families!Posted Jun 20, 2013 on Hotels.com
B&B Romeo Giulietto worked out perfectly for my family of 4 -- it is a mini apartment with small kitchen/living area, 2 bedrooms (1 with twin beds, 1 with double) and bath -- which is hard to find in a regular hotel. Very clean. An easy and pretty walk to downtown (approx. 10 mins). Though we didn't cook, the kitchen looked functional & well outfitted with stove & microwave, too. The owner was warm, kind, & quite helpful. Only thing is that we were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning turned off during the night -- I'm not sure what the trouble was. The owner was very responsive and let us leave our bags there after checkout to explore & then return to pick them up before heading out of town.

Great location, friendly hostsPosted May 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
It was wonderful staying in a private apartment located within walking distance of all the sights of Verona and having very hospitable hosts who provided itineraries for walking tours, suggestions for an excellent restaurant around the corner, and a parking permit. We enjoyed the accomodations and Verona greatly and would gladly have stayed longer.
