Spacious Apartment for ThreePosted Aug 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Front desk staff were polite and pleasant. Location is good, in the sense that it only takes seven minutes to get to the train station, and ten minutes on foot to the city centre. Quiet but safe neighbourhood. Free wifi in room as well as all public areas. Breakfast was included, and was good. Beds were comfy, but the chairs in the room were all wooden without cushioning, which made it hard to enjoy sitting in them for extended periods of time. Room had a balcony, but was overlooking the street. Shower cubicle was very small but waterproof and so the floor was kept dry. In addition to it being very powerful, it had a jacuzzi function, so that was an added bonus. However, the drainage was VERY BAD, and even when we asked housekeeping to fix it on three occasions, it just didn't drain well. The room was clean, bed linens was very clean and crisp, and the mattress was firm. Slippers were good too. When we checked out at noon, we were able to leave our luggage there and collect them back at 5 without any additional charges. If you take a cab, it only takes 20 minutes from the airport, and costs roughly 23 euros.

Excellent stay and a short walk to the ArenaPosted Jul 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Unfortunately, we only spent one night at this lovely hotel in Verona before moving on to other accommodation at Lake Garda. However, we had a wonderful stay -- one that was perfectly complimented by an opera viewing (Aida) at Arena di Verona just down the road. The décor is tasteful and the facilities are excellent, whilst a plentiful breakfast provided a very pleasant send-off.

Great LocationPosted Jul 8, 2013
Pros: Really good breakfast. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
Cons: Everything was great.
Location: 300m from train station and same to amphitheatre
The location was really good - about 300m from the train station, about the same to the amphitheatre and 200m from where we picked up the car from Hertz.

Near arena in VeronaPosted Jun 24, 2013
Pros: I liked the cleanliness, friendliness, proximity to downtown Verona and the bikes for rent.
Cons: The showers
Location: The arena is near by and if you are going to an opera, it's and ideal spot to walk to Piazza Bra and a short walk to shopping district and Piazza Erbe
The air conditioning was great, they have blinds to black out the sun for a great nights sleep, they rent bikes for 4 euro a day and the bikes are a terrific way to get around the city and to able to see so much of the city without tiring your poor feet. The staff was friendly, the rooms were a good size and the bathrooms were a beautiful tile. The breakfast buffet was good with some good options for all types of eaters. My least favorite thing about the hotel was the shower, it was boxy, but it worked well.

Nice hotel, close to the old city.Posted Jun 19, 2013
Pros: Staff of the hotel and room decoration.
Cons: Is good as it is.
Location: The very interesting and charning old city of Verona, which is much more than the location choosen by Sheakespeare for Romeo and Julliet.
Excellent hotel. We forgot some objects in our room when we checked out. As soon as I contacted the hotel, a very kind and efficient lady (Cristina B.) took care of everything to send those objects to my address in Germany. Congratulations for your staff.
