Very nice hotel. I liked how clean and quiet it was. I tried their restaurant and the food wasn't all that great but it had good prices.

staff very helpful with local knowledge and bar man was like a concierge front desk helpful with getting us to town and back on the mini bus and even offered to take us to the station clean efficiently run Hotel and we would definitely stay there again

The hotel is well situated if you are attending an event at the Verona Fiera. Otherwise, it is far from the beautiful center of the town. The hotel does provide free shuttle service to town a few times a day. The staff is wonderful. Exceedingly so. We had problems with a cell phone that we had purchased, with checking in for our return flight, and a couple of other things. They worked on these things well after we had told them that they had done enough and to stop. The food in the restaurant is also very good for dinner. Don't go there for breakfast as it is very expensive for what you get. Go to the place (the only place) that is about a block alway and is called something like "Fast and Slow Food". The food is really good and inexpensive.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and modern. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, and all the staff were very friendly. It is approximately a 10 minute drive from the centre town, we had a car and would recommend hiring a car if you plan to stay at the hotel and want to go into town. It's also a great location if you wish to drive to Lake Garda (30mins) or Venice (1hr15mins). We also enjoyed the small gym, and pool/sauna room!

Booked this hotel for a weekend trip to the opera. It's clearly geared towards business users but still a good choice for tourists who want more for their money than the hotels in town offer during the festival. We had beautiful and luxurious room with king size bed. Gorgeous bathroom with fab shower and bath. Ride into town is 10min in a taxi and costs about €12. Airport taxi ride cost is €25 each way. Hotel also booked an extra opera ticket for me without charging commission. Lovely spread of continental and cooked breakfast. Pool is great bonus (though v small), as is the gym and sunbathing terrace. Only downside is location (in industrial area).

My boyfriend and I went for an Easter get away weekend. We picked this hotel because I like luxury. It wasn't disappointing in any point apart from the location which is a bit outside the city centre. The Hotel is in amazing conditions, brand new, there is a shuttle to pick you up and drive you to the city centre in the morning and the evening. The gym and swimming pool were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and did understand that I wanted to practice my italian and tried! :-) We had room service which was very quick and very good! Apart from the TV which takes a while to switch on I would recommand this hotel. It is clean, design and contemporary and is a great place to stay at once you are done with Verona city centre. This is the modern brand new shining luxury hotel with a classy design inside-out - I confirm all the previous reviews I've read on tripadvis0r. The staff was very friendly and the room is very modern and clean, very well maintained, the bathroom is modern as well. The breakfast is very good, I can compare it with the best 5-star hotels in Italy -regarding the quality of the food, but the service during the breakfast of course is not so 5-star, but it is not so important as for me. Our rate (pretty good deal, real value for 122 eur double room) included breakfast, but for internet access via Wifi you have to pay separately, something about 16eur per mobile device(ipad, smartphone) or 20 eur per laptop per 24h, for each payment only 1 device can be used, be aware. The neighborhood is horrible, dodgy ppl around and there is no closed yard or territory around the hotel, so reception advised me to park my car in the hotel garage which cost me 18 eur per night. As I've mentioned we were travelling by car, so the location was not so important for me as the city center is about 5-10 minutes to drive. Be aware about the lobby bar prices: the spirits are around14 eur per shot - crazy, and the beer is 7-8 eur. Facilities which include small gym and a very small pool are located on the top floor, also there is a wonderful open terrace to take sunbath and see a beautiful view over Verona city and suburbs.

The hotel is very new to excellent care, but being away from the center of Verona could offer free internet and includes breakfast.

This is a brand new, very clean and very modern hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also clean and modern. However, the location is well away from the centre of Verona, a cab costs around 11 Euros. We had an idea about this before the booking but booked it anyways because it looked like good value for money. The worst part was the service. It started off well, we were welcomed with a smiling face, check in went well. Advice on location of opera house was very useful. When we went up to the room, we realised that the phone was not working. We went down and reported it. Somebody came up and looked at it and then left saying that he will get help. After 20-30 minutes of no news, I went down again and saw somebody getting ready to go upstairs. This gentleman couldn't fix it either. We didn't hear from them for another half an hour. My wife had to talk to her family so she went down a third time. She was told that the phone could not be fixed and they had no other rooms. They had not bothered to convey this to us while we were waiting upstairs in the room. She got them to give her free internet for an hour so that she could talk to her family on skype. Later on I needed an iron so again had to go down to reception, had to wait 10 minutes for somebody to be free, only to be told that the entire hotel only has one iron which was not available. When I asked for a UK adapter, they said that they only have 2 which were with other guests. The same answer was given 6 hours later. This is large hotel and for them to have 1 iron and 2 adapters is something new to me. The general attitude of the staff was dismissive and they clearly lacked the right communications skills. The lady at the reception also promised me that she will speak to the manager and get back to me but that never happened either. This attitude just spoiled the whole verona trip for us. So if anyone wants to stay in a nice, clean, modern hotel far away from the main attractions, do not need an iron, room phone or adapter and do not care about lack of service, this is a perfect hotel.
