Great hotel in the centre of the old townPosted May 4, 2015
Pros: The old grand style and central position.
Cons: Shower head needs attention in our room.
Location: Centre of the old town. Taxis readily available
We had a great stay at Due Torri hotel. A hotel in the old grand style in keeping with the old town of Verona. Would certainly stay there again. Only comment was the shower head which needed attention.

Pros: staff were great, friendly warm atmosphere
Cons: bedrooms updating
Location: site seeing, cafes bars and good restaurants
pubic areas were great, rooms were a bit dated though ( even though they were in a classic style a freshen up could be made)

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Verona townPosted Mar 6, 2015
Pros: I liked how it was in a quite part of Verona, it was positioned in a good place and everything was walking distance.
Location: Everything was near by- we were a few minutes from the market and touristy areas with lots of restaurants - both authentic and touristy ones!
I stayed here a few nights with my boyfriend on my birthday...was welcomed by the staff on arrival who were very polite and courteous. We were both immediately impressed. I was upgraded to the deluxe room which was absolutely lovely and spacious. We were also very impressed with the breakfast buffet- there was a nice variety of foods and we were always tended to and looked after. I highly recommend this grand 5* hotel!

albergo di livello superiore situato nel centro di Verona in un edificio storico, qualità dei servizi ottimi, personale gentile e professionale, colazione a cui non si può rinunciare sia per la qualità del cibo sia per l'ampia scelta messa a disposizione.

Great hotel: welcoming, friendly, superb service..Posted Oct 25, 2014
The staff really did care about the guests. Within a day, they had remembered our names, and were all smiles and helpfulness whenever we saw them. This is definitely a five-star hotel experience; great rooms, large comfortable beds and marble bathrooms. The towels and sheets were changed daily, which may not be great ecologically speaking, but added to the luxury feel. Breakfast was of very high standard and there was a massive selection. The hotel was a few minutes' walk from the Duomo, the main square and all that Verona, a very chilled but beautiful city, had to offer. I would very heartily recommend it to anyone.

Wonderful staffPosted Oct 12, 2014
I would seek out other Due Torres in other cities in hopes they are as good as the Verona hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Classy and friendly hotelPosted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: Classy history and furnishing with friendly staff. Great breakfast
Cons: The service/menu at the (stunning on a nice day) rooftop restaurant is a bit limited/overpriced.
Location: Re: location see above.
Terrific location not just for the obvious Verona sites but for buzzy old town nightlife, yet also quiet.

Luxury hotel in central locationPosted Sep 26, 2014
Pros: The staff very friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Nothing other than cheaper room rates!
Location: Felt safe walking around; found the local food and drink reasonably cheap. Visit the Church of St. Anastasia which is immediately outside the hotel
Great location to visit the city's many attractions on foot. Room and amenities very comfortable and despite our room not having a view it was extremely quiet so we were able to sleep with the window open. Buffet breakfast was expensive but delicious.

most nice hotel in northern ItalyPosted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: Staffs' service. They know what guests want to do. Interior is also nice. Convenient to sightseeing historic destrict.
Location: everythin! Santa Anastasia Cathidral, Duomo,Tomba di Jurietta,Arena,CastelVecchio.
Much more valuable to the Expedia discount rate applied. Very nice traditional hotel, one of the most nice hotels of inland regional city hotels in northern Italy. Staffs are professionals. They know what guests want to do. The room allocated was a little bit small but is equivalent to the discounted rate, comfortable and enough place for me. While every important sightseeing place is in a 10 minutes walking distance as the hotel is situated at the historic centre in Verona, you need not go out! The hotel interior is superb and traditional, leading you to historic Verona even inside the hotel! Suggested restaurant is also nice.

Hôtel très bien situé ; confortable . Excellent petit déjeuner .Nous avons cependant été déçus par la salle de bains un peu exiguë ,avec une douche qui fonctionnait mal et inondait la pièce . C'est dommage pour un hotel de ce standing
