Nice hotel close to everything.Posted Oct 14, 2014
Checking in and out was efficient. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a welcome sitting room where you can help yourself to juice or presecco between 1 and 4. The location is an easy walking distance to the old town. Verona is a lovely city. Good place to shop. Also Verona is not as crowded as the bigger Italian cities.

Perfect LocationPosted Oct 13, 2014
This place is a real gem. Not inexpensive but a true value. The room was terrific. Bathroom spacious by European standards. The breakfast spread was amazing. Furnishings were top quality. Location couldn't be better. I was amazed by this property. And Verona is a wonderful place to visit. Would go back here in an instant and stay longer next time.

RIGHT BETWEEN THE BEST POINTS OF INTEREST ...Posted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: CLOSE TO POINTS OF INTEREST AND THE GREAT, WARM SERVICE PROVIDED AT THE RECEPTION DESK
THE RECEPTION WAS A MAJOR ASSET. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS GOOD BUT NOT EXCELLENT COMPARED TO THE STANDARDS WE EXPERIENCED ELSEWHERE (PARTICULARLY IN FERRARA).

Good Location - Excellent RestaurantPosted Oct 5, 2014
Central location in middle of historic part of city, past the Arena. Thirty minute walk over bumpy cobblestones from the train station. Very nice modern well-equipped room and bath. Room was a bit small with no view, but very adequate and at a good price. I'm sure there are larger rooms and better views for earlier reservations and higher prices. Good large breakfast. Excellent restaurant in the hotel - bronzino (sea bass) was fantastic. Professional staff, but a bit shaky on providing exact travel instructions (e.g. bus to Lake Garda). Nice top floor gym and outdoor balconies with views. Very romantic town. Beautiful for walking at night. Lots of intimate restaurants. Lots of locals out for walks. Gardens and hikes on hills across Adige River very worthwhile.

Central locationPosted Oct 4, 2014
Pros: Gluten free options at breakfast, makes life so much easier for me
Stayed for 3 nights before moving onto Garda, very central location but no noise that would keep you awake of a night. Breakfast brillant, well done on the section of gluten free options and also information at the hams/salami to state which were gluten free, thank you. The ham was fantastic lovely flavour by the way!! Traditional style rather than modern but perfect for a city break and wouldn't hesitate to book if back in Verona.

Fantastic HotelPosted Sep 28, 2014
Location: Great location in the old city. An easy walk to the Piazza Bra and the Piazza Erbe. It was an easy cab ride from the train station .
This hotel is concerned about SERVICE and you get it in all ways. The rooms are impeccable . They are clean good size and comfortable. All your needs seems to be anticipated. The bathroom was filled with shampoos, soaps, tooth brush and tooth past, nail files, Q-Tips. There were rooms off the lobby to relax in after a day of sight seeing. Every afternoon in the Library you were served ice tea. juice or a small glass of Proseco with some small treats. There were newspapers in different languages for you to read. There were two computers and a printer at your disposable in a large alcove . If you needed a train schedule or information about tickets or places to go, the front desk was always there to help you and with a smile. The breakfast service was just as impeccable with very fresh food and a very large variety of it. This hotel enhanced our stay in Verona. We felt like they knew us personally when we left.
