I’m giving this place a bad review because of the dinning staff attitude. The place was okay in cleanliness and the rooms were standard hotel but if you’re Canadian or any other Nationality that’s isn’t Italian stay away. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable at a hotel till I stayed in Italy, this wasn't the first one. The staff at the dinning room stare at you and watched what you eat the whole time. Specially during breakfast. They are also rude and I would never come back.

It was ok
The staff is very professional and accommodating. The hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet place, and the center is accessible by city bus. The bed could have been more comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

Good stay
Good sized room, comfy large bed, air con worked fine, a bit noisy from outside. The location is not great but its ok overall. 30 mins walk from the train station and town center. A supermarket next to it which is convenient. Receptionists could be more pleasant, they didnt seem too friendly, a bit cold actually. Breakfast was nice, with gluten free bread options. The only thing we didnt like is that the ham had a strange smell, it was probably not kept in proper conditions, it would be good if you could keep it in a cool place, not in open air, uncovered. Overall good stay.

Fiera on fire :)
Two nights, awesome hotel. Close to a supermarket. Quite far to get by foot. Either plan with a car or taxi do not relay on busses at all. Great breakfast, contains plenty of gluten free items. Kind service If you have the chance this place is reccomended.

Close to the station and 24h reception which quite a few hotels in Verona don’t offer, thus making it ideal for people arriving on a late flight.

The hotel was very nice with comfortable rooms. I liked this hotel a lot except for breakfast. The bread was stale, staff at breakfast were not rude rude but were not pleasant either. Tables not cleared quickly, so you would have to sit somewhere without cutlery and try and get your own. It seemed like a deliberate ploy to get you out of the breakfast quickly. All other aspects of the hotel were excellent

AMAZING hotel! Close to Fiera (exhibition center). Quiet area. Close to city center and train station (both is easy reached by walking or bus). Strong Wi-Fi at the each room. Tasty breakfast. Nice / friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We only stayed for one night but everything was perfect. Ample parking, bus stop to verona centre right outside. Receptionist was very helpful and directed us on how to get there and back.

A very didappointing hotel
Not a 4 star hotel!. Very far away from the center. Rooms are basic and the condition of the shower poor. Breakfast average. Unfortunately we stayed 6 nights. A huge disappointment.

Good all round hotel. Not too far from city.
All round good hotel doing all things well. Welcoming and helpful greeting, good easy parking, Only downside was noisy elevators. I think part of poor hotel design as I could hear it all around them. Still, we slept well in comfortable room.

Very convenient to get anywhere. The whole city is within walking distance, of you like to walk. I walked the entire city in 1 day while visiting every site possible.

Just OK but I'd try another hotel in future visits
Hotel is walking distance to Verona sites but the hotel is located in a run-down former industrial section of town. Reasonable sized rooms but they look like they need a good repaint job to make them feel cleaner. Bathroom was reasonably clean. Poor shower water pressure. Beds felt like they were 30 years old and uneven/lumpy. I was glad it was only one night stay. 3 star hotel.

Located next to a very busy road. Quite dangerous to walk beside when going to catch the bus into town. Very old and dated hotel. Simple toiletries. Breakfast OK. Parking spaces were quite dark so was initially worried about leaving the car overnight. Pleasant stay overall but closer to a three star hotel.

nice basic hotel with a good staff.
Hotel is a good basic hotel. Staff was friendly, always willing to help. Breakfast was reasonable. Location is just okay. It is outside the city center area of Verona and in busy times it is impossible to get a taxi. It is possible to take a city bus easily - the staff helped us. BUT beware, the buses drop off considerably in the evening - we ended up walking back one night and its a LONG walk.

When I checked in, she wanted to keep my passport and return it to me when I came back downstairs. That was very offputting. Then, when I dropped off my key to check out, I was walking down the street and a woman came running up to me in front of other strangers on the street saying I needed to go back with her because I had not paid for the room. I let her know that it was paid in full through Expedia. She demanded I go back with her. When we got back, she discovered that the room in fact was paid in full. She did not even apologize. No one did.

Crumby neighborhood far from the center. The line up of large garbage bins in front should have served as a warning. Unhelpful staff. Wifi didn't work and had to call hotels.com to get a different room. I'm not sure how they got a four-star rating, but you sure could have fooled me.

Handy Verona
Having stayed here the year before we knew what to expect and we were not disappointed again. The hotel was a great base to explore the area and handy for buses and trains. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheap and excellent value hotel.
