“Right in the middle of it all!!!!”

We drove into Verona and got lost. We called the hotel and the staff gave us perfect directions to find the hotel. When we arrived the staff told us that our room had some plumbing issues so they put us in a smaller (but nice) room the first night, comped our parking charges, and moved us the next morning to one of their superior rooms. VERY NICE!!! The breakfast was the best we had in our two weeks in Italy, and the staff was amazing. We hope to make it back to Italy and we will stay there again.

“rooms a bit small, but otherwise great”

i stayed at the hotel two nights while travelling through italy. upsides: staff are very accomodating and nice, everything is clean and comfortable. location is perfect, you're right by the main square by the arena and walking distance to all the sites. breakfast is better than average. very comofortable rooms except for their size. downsides: parking is a bit expensive (but apparently most hte other hotels don't have parking in the city center). rooms are a bit small.

“Fantastic stay-great location and staff!”

Thie hotel is a real find if you;re looking for a great location and a hotel for families. The location is perfect-just a few minutes literally form teh Roman Arena - you are so close that you can go to the Opera and return to your room during intermissions with plenty of time to spare! Yet the hotel is on a side street leading into the plaza so it is quiet. Everything really is walkable from there. The room we had was very spacious and beautiful and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of cooked items and great srevice. This hotel was one of our more expensive ones on the trip but was definitely worth it. You oark your car in their secured garage (extra but worth it) and then walk around teh city from there.

“Great location recently redone”

Location, location, location. This hotel is literally steps from the Arena on a narrow quaint cobblestoned street. We are a family of four with children 15 and 10, they put us up in adjacent rooms on the second floor. Both rooms were immaculate and were both obviously recently remodeled, everything was brand new. The breakfast was good and was more than just the cold cuts and cheese of a lot of European hotels, they had scrambled eggs, bacon etc. The staff was very pleasant, all seemed to speak fair English, and were helpful. I would stay there again and I recommend this hotel. We also walked there with luggage from the train station and it was a fairly easy walk taking about 20 minutes. I was also happy with the value, which I appreciated even more after taking the train from Verona to Venice, as Venice is extremely expensive (but worth it).

“Great Hotel in central Verona”

This was one of the best hotels of my 16 day travel through Northern Italy and France. Though I had visited Verona before, I never stayed there. As such I was not sure about location and hotel quality. This was a great surprise since this was an unknown hotel to me. The hotel is in the best location in the mist of old Verona a mere half block from the Arena in one direction and same to the shopping area of Verona. It is easy to walk everywhere. The room was in great condition, great internet access (free), clean and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

“Best place to stay in Verona”

Very nice place to stay, super location just few meters from Arena di Verona. Still not loud. Next to the main shopping street. Very tasty breakfast included in the price. Very friendly and professional personnel.

“Excellent hotel and location”

This hotel is clean and in an excellent location. It is right next to the arena and only 2 stops, on the bus, from the train station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety and tasted great.
