Good location, friendly staffPosted Oct 25, 2013
Was pleased with the hotel, all as expected. Also was able to leave my luggage for several days when I went to Venice, so was very happy with that service.

Great View & StaffPosted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, furnishing and cleanliness of hotel was great.
Cons: More English channel's on TV other than news would be great.
Location: Fantastic location - near everything in the heart of Verona, the best by far. But the view of the Arena was impressive from the hotel room.
Stayed 2 nights at Milano Hotel in Verona and had a great time even with the rain. The hotel was great as they placed us into a room that overlooked the old Verona Arena and it was nice to get such a view. On top of this the staff were very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Had an issue with the air conditioner and the staff was up the next minute and fixed the problem, closed valve. Overall a great time and great hotel to stay at but with most Italian hotels rooms were a tad small but this was overcome by the nice rooms.

Love VeronaPosted Sep 24, 2013
Pros: Closeness to everything and being in the heart of the city.
Location: Walk around the historic city and see a concert or opera at the Arena.
We didn't know what to expect when we booked to see a concert at the Verona Arena. The hotel had to be close and with parking. We were so pleased with the hotel as it was only steps away from the arena and parking was totally private and locked up so we could leave most our bags in the car. We walked around the town for a few hours and fell in love with it. I guess the Romeo and Juliet affect wore on the town. It is truly a beautiful city. The concert we saw was one of the best I've seen. The arena with it's open coliseum style structure allowed the music to truly shine. WE loved Verona and the hotel which staff was very professional and wanting to help in any way. Room was a little small but very well kept and quiet. Will definitely go back when we have more time!

Good hotel very close to Roman ArenaPosted Sep 2, 2013
Pros: The proximity to the Arena and the centre of Verona. You can walk to all the main tourist city attractions from this hotel.
Cons: Breakfast could start earlier, say 6:30am. The room cost on some nights was very high and it is galling to miss breakfast to catch a flight.
Location: It is right in the centre of the Verona city main tourist area
The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurants they recommended were from their personal experience. Although they were a good walk away from the main tourist area the restaurants were excellent.

Great Boutique HotelPosted Aug 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
I booked this hotel last minute and was happy to find it at a very descent price. The location of the hotel is phenomenal, less than half a block away from the Verona Arena, its location on the street next to all the famous stores and about a 10 minute walk to House of Juliet. We got a room upgrade which was great because it offered a very nice balcony. The bed and sofa bed are very comfortable and the bathrooms very clear. Breakfast was included and very good as well as the staff was very friendly. Will be staying again when back in Verona.

lovely hotel right by the Verona ArenaPosted Aug 22, 2013
Pros: The friendly and helpful staff.
Location: It is the closest hotel to the Verona arena., and close to the main Piazza Bra where there are many restaurants and cafes.
I have M S and have mobility problems. Someone from the hotel bar staff helped me on two occasions to get to the arena. All the staff members, in the restaurant and reception always helped me when I needed it. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
