Dear Flora, thanks for sharing your opinion with us. We remind you and all the nice chats done together. I'm really sorry if you find us "very neutral and not helpful at all". The front desk, breakfast and housekeeping staffs always take care of all guests. We try to satisfy every kind of request, because our first mission is make every stay a wonderful experience. In your reservation you booked an economy room type, but during the check-in the colleague at Front Desk proposed you an upgrade in a bigger and more comfortable room, with a very little difference of price. You checked both room type and reconfirmed the economy one. As tested, we are 9 km form Verona, and to reach downtown by bus you usually take no more than 20/30 minutes (than it dipends about traffic, and in which part of the city you need to be dropped off). In any case, if you need to explain better your point of view in private, we are at your completely disposal. Best,
