Nice hotelPosted Nov 30, 2013
Pros: Close to the train, clean and nice people
Cons: The 1hr a day of free internet kind of sucks, but it's enough to book your next hotel.
Location: About a 20 minute walk to downtown Verona and restaurants.
The hotel was close to the train station, about a 10 minute walk. Friendly staff who recommended good places to go and eat. Breakfast was good- cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries nice clean room, big bathroom

The hotel is well situated near the train stationPosted Nov 6, 2013
Pros: Helpful staff
The hotel is a good 20 minute walk from the old town but very convenient to the train station. No restaurants in the are and area and room service came from a local take out restaurant. Not very good food. The rooms were small and the beds hard.

Convenient location at a reasonable ratePosted Nov 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is a short walk from the train station and a short bus ride from the old town. The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Very good value.

Not great, but finePosted Oct 29, 2013
Pros: Breakfast Staff
Location: Its a 2 minute walk to the train station
I stayed in a single room so my review may not be representative. I had to sit sideways on the toilet as there was no leg room! The room smelt of stale smoke and the shower smelt really bad! But the staff were really nice and the breakfast spread was one of the best I had while I was in Italy. Overall I'd recommend if you're looking for a cheap short stay close to the station and aren't a hotel snob.

Made my visit to Verona AMAZING :)Posted Oct 3, 2013
Pros: The lovely room they gave me at the back of the hotel. Also very convenient for the train station.
Cons: The location of the toilet! It was squeezed between the wall and the shower cubicle in my room and not much room to go to the loo!!
Location: Most sights are only about 20-30 mins from the hotel in various directions at a pleasant stroll. Lots of cafe's to break up the walk if you need.
This was my first visit to Verona and the fantastic staff at this hotel made my stay a very pleasant experience. Somewhere I enjoyed coming back to at the end of a busy day sightseeing. They gave me a lovely room at the back of the hotel on the third floor and I loved it :). Very quiet and lovely view of the hills in the distance. I was given a v useful fold out map of Verona when I checked in which came in extremely handy. It is literally mins from the train station and there was a big sign that directed me there from the front of the station. The airport bus which was 6 euros drops you outside the train station and I just walked from there. It was all very easy. The reception and restaurant staff (sorry I cant remember any of their names) were all extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I was sorry to leave the hotel and Verona and will most certainly be back next year with my partner in tow!!

Very nice hotel, I recommend itPosted Oct 1, 2013
Pros: Very nice staff. Right price.
Near the station, not too far from the centre, very nice staff and clean tidy hotel. I have been there several times by now; and with the exception of my most recent visit, when I was given a room a bit below the usual hotel standard (for which the hotel apologised, mistakes do happen!), I have always found this hotel impeccable. I highly recommend it, very good value for money and indeed nice people - which is in nowadays world a rare occurrence (unfortunately)... Go for it, you won't be disappointed.

Pros: Bikes were fabulous, a great way to see Verona.
Verona is a beautiful city and this was my first visit. This hotel is not in the best part of town and was quite expensive compared to other hotels I have stayed in elsewhere in Italy that are in a more central location. Breakfast was ok. Room was spacious although bathroom was not very functional.
