“Great hotel for families visiting Verona”

I was visiting Verona for two days with my family of five. (three teenagers, two adults) We rented a two bedroom flat, room #10. This was our first visit to Verona. The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, bathroom was very large. The hotel is right in the heart of the Old City and walking distance to all of the major sites, restaurants and a short taxi (10 mins) from the train station. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Verona.

“Family friendly hotel”

Excellent customer service and exceptionally clean hotel. We left the do not disturb sign on when we left the hotel, but they cleaned anyway & put our shoes neatly in order. Unbelievably trustworthy. Would go back in a heartbeat. Room came with double stove & dinnerware (hotel staff did the dishes!) The only thing was no room phone and no microwave, which was actually nice!

location, location, location. A little diffiult to find but perfect location. very clean and modern hotel with very friendly staff. Okay it is not a hotel with all services but still you get a very relaxed room with a lot of extras including good coffee machine. woudl stay again.

I have business once a year in Verona and will definitely stay here again next year. Beginning with a very friendly welcome by the staff the room was spotless and included a beautiful kitchen and very functional bathroom, including a very large sink which was a useful complement.

Excellent location, friendly staff, spacious room. Only drawbacks are that initially the location is a little tricky to find, and the shower is pretty small, but we would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent location to Arena and Opera Excellent apartments with a lot of space Top rating on cleanliness and room Staff was often aloof and not very helpful I.e obtain second key, explain coffee machine
