The perfect place in the perfect location
Posted Jan 6, 2013
Pros: stylish, clean room and friendly staff
Cons: nothing - completely faultless
Location: 100% perfect. Right in the middle of the old town in between the two main Piazza's.
The accommodation was simply stunning. The room was high spec, clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Most importantly the hotel is situated in a prime location just off the main shopping street between Piazza Bra and Piazza Erbe. You are right in the midst of it all in the old town and everything you need is right on hand and within easy walking distance. Highly recommended.

Living like a local Veronese..
Posted Jan 3, 2013
Pros: Location and staff knowledge of local events.
Cons: Bed was a little firm.
Location: Equal distance from PiazzacErbe and Piazza Bra.
We loved our stay as it felt like living as a local in our own apt. Camelia at the front desk was attentive and always willing to help. On returning each day our apt was clean and tidy with little treats left in the kitchen. Housekeeping was excellent

Great hotel in central Verona
Posted Jan 2, 2013
Pros: The staff were brilliant. The rooms were presented in exacting standards.
Cons: Nothing to dislike. It is on the second floor but there is a lift available for those not able to manage stairs easily.
Location: Central for everything Verona had to offer.
This hotel has been in operation for 2 years. It is absolutely immaculate, the rooms are kept in perfect condition. It is central in Verona so nothing is very far away. The staff are superb, couldn't do enough for us. I would return here again and again and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anybody who wants to visit Verona.

Gem in the heart of Verona
Posted Jan 12, 2013
Location: It was very convenient to the 'Arena' area and steps from the popular shopping street 'Via Mazzini'.
I have business once a year in Verona and will definitely stay here again next year. Beginning with a very friendly welcome by the staff the room was spotless and included a beautiful kitchen and very functional bathroom, including a very large sink which was a useful complement.

Great hotel for families visiting Verona
Posted Jan 8, 2013
Pros: Hotel staff, professionalism, location to major sites, room size and cleanliness, price was very reasonable.
Cons: Nothing really.
Location: Directly in the center of the Old City. Walking distance to all of the major sites. Steps away from the Roman Arena, main restaurants/shopping areas.
I was visiting Verona for two days with my family of five. (three teenagers, two adults) We rented a two bedroom flat, room #10. This was our first visit to Verona. The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was extremely comfortable and clean, bathroom was very large. The hotel is right in the heart of the Old City and walking distance to all of the major sites, restaurants and a short taxi (10 mins) from the train station. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Verona.

Excellent!

If you want to visit Verona and need a place with a little extra space, it's hard to beat the Opera. The beds were extra cozy, the kitchen area was well-stocked and the in-room snacks (complimentary) were great. The decor was unique, each room modeled after a specific famous opera. In addition, the staff was over-the-top helpful accommodating our need for more beds with graciousness; providing helpful hints about places to visit, restaurants. In the hall soft opera music played adding just the right touch. It was also located right in the heart of the old town, so you can walk to just about anything you need to see.

excellent apartment for a family or group
Posted Jan 27, 2012
Pros: beautiful layout, plenty of room, very helpful staff, in the centre
Cons: we had problems with the lift - it stops if you get too close to the door or if you accidentally back into the emergency button!
Location: absolutely central
I stayed with my young daughter and mother in one of the apartments and its arrangement - with some living room space of table, chairs, sofa, fridge and oven - suited us very well. Usually in Italy rooms can be pretty small if in old buildings, but this apartment was very spacious, the shower/toilet room was big and modern. The fittings felt pretty luxurious. It is located absolutely in the historic centre. Staff were very helpful indeed. It is a good idea to take down the emergency phone no because there are no staff in the building after c 6/7pm. I'd definitely go there again. We had a fabulous time.

Very Central
Posted Jan 9, 2012 on Hotels.com
I found all of the Hotel employees to be extremely helpful and courteous. Our rooms were spotlessly clean and tidied every day,. The location couldnt have been better, very central yet in a quiet street with no passing traffic. Highly recommended, John & Catherine
