"Comfortable , quite with great facilities"
Great experience, no complaint. Nice breakfast. Welcoming staff. Easy access (walking distance to most tourist attractions including a park nearby which is worth visiting). Also great restaurants nearby. Metro is only 2 minutes from the hotel. Tour bus stop also around the corner from the hotel. The hotel taxi service to the airport was unbelievable. The lady driver who took us to the airport gave us a final guided tour of the city including a visit to a unique place which we didn't know about. This was a private garden with a panoramic view to the Vatican. It was amazing. We can't thank her enough.

"Great hotel"
Enjoyed the hotel and was impressed by the services and the professionalism of the staff. Nice that it is a little bit away from most of the main tourist areas, as it is very quiet and pleasant during the evening and night with very little noise or disruption. Close to the main train station and only a 25 minute walk to all of the sites.

"Walking distance to everything."
The staff was wonderful; very helpful and friendly. We loved this location. If you are walkers, Rome is very easy to get around. To the left if the hotel, we walked to Via Venetto, piazza Barberini, Termini Station and to the right, down to the Spanish Steps, Via Corso, Via Condotti etc. we took the Hop on Hop Off bus the first day to get our bearings, but after that, put on good walking shoes and soaked up the culture, noises and colors of Rome. We had a GREAT stay!

"A gem of hospitality"
Good: The location was great, very close to the main Termini station for airport and many other transport links and within easy walking distance of a number of sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when we arrived early. We were able to leave our bags with confidence and they even placed them in our room for when we got back from exploring a few hours later. There are a number of restaurants on the same block as the hotel and the one directly next door had phenomenally good food at reasonable prices. Not so good: the room we had was a little dated and worn with a few missing tiles in the shower but it was very clean. The noise insulation between the rooms wasn't brilliant but didn't disturb us when we were trying to sleep

Pocket Guide: Rome Via Veneto Independent Family Hotels

Made famous by 'La Dolce Vita' film in 1960, the Via Veneto is going through a glamorous renaissance. Bars, restaurants, chic hotels and boutiques all vie for attention in the street which coined the expression 'paparazzo' – the surname of the photojournalist in the film. Nearby, the Spanish Steps are the place for lovers' trysts, shopping, and honing the Italian art of 'dolce far niente' – idling and people-watching.
