"Amazing, beautiful hotel in the centre of Rome!!"
I stayed here for 5 nights with my boyfriend from the 1st-6th October 2014 and I can honestly say this is the best hotel I have ever been to in my life. The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived in our taxi, concierge opened the door and took our cases to our room for us. We had a deluxe double room which was immaculate and very spacious. The cleaners came twice a day- once in the morning when we went out to clean and change everything and again at night once we had gone out so we had clean towels for the morning. All the staff were very friendly and greeted us whenever we seen them. We were able to leave our key with reception every time we went out which meant we werent worried about losing it. A special mention has to go out to Claudio who works on reception, we chatted with him everytime he was on and he really made us feel welcome and made us laugh, a very friendly face to have in the hotel. And also Emanuel who showed us to our room. The hotel couldnt do enough for us whether it was directions, taxis etc. We had breakfast delivered to our room one morning and it arrived on time with everything we asked for and all presented nicely. The hotel is located right in the centre of Rome and you are in walking distance to almost everything. There is a fantastic restaurant a few doors down from the hotel called Il Vietta (I think). We walked from the Vatican back to the hotel one of the days. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be returning in the future.

"Pleasant Stay in Rome"
The Savoy Hotel is an extremely pleasant hotel for a short or long stay. The room was very comfortable of one person with very nice bathroom facilities. The hotel lobby was elegantly decorated with very comfortable waiting room. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful regarding dining at the hotel, local cafes, and reservations for the Vatican Museum. I would recommend the Savoy to family and friends to stay at.

"Awesome breakfast and very friendly staff"
The hotel staff was very helpful, they were always available and even printed tickets for us that we booked online a few times (bringing it up to our room after we emailed them what we wanted). The breakfast is amazing, they have a croissant with warm Nutella inside that was really good. It's close to everything, you can hop on a bus and get anywhere in 15-20 minutes. The cab ride to the Vatical was 12 Euros. There are also a lot of great dinner places that are very close to the hotel.

"Hotel in Rome, Italy"
Our hotel room was great, on the larger side for an European hotel. Much bigger than the room we had in Paris. Not huge, but adequate for our needs. Room was very quiet. We could not hear any sounds from the other rooms or the outside world. The Staff was very helpful with information about the city, buses and metro stops. We were close enough to walk anywhere we wanted to go. On our last night there, I became ill. The hotel allowed us a little extra time to check out.. They were very considerate to our situation.

"Excellent hotel."
Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and kept in wonderful condition. Breakfasts were very good. The location is fantastic. Located on a quiet street but very quick and easy access to shops, restaurants and other attractions. Planning to go back and will definitely stay there. Excellent value for the price. Had a problem during trip and needed emergency booking on return to Rome. Staff very helpful in accommodating us. Breakfasts are fantastic. Loved it.

"A gem of hospitality"
Good: The location was great, very close to the main Termini station for airport and many other transport links and within easy walking distance of a number of sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even when we arrived early. We were able to leave our bags with confidence and they even placed them in our room for when we got back from exploring a few hours later. There are a number of restaurants on the same block as the hotel and the one directly next door had phenomenally good food at reasonable prices. Not so good: the room we had was a little dated and worn with a few missing tiles in the shower but it was very clean. The noise insulation between the rooms wasn't brilliant but didn't disturb us when we were trying to sleep

    Via Veneto, Rome Hotel Guide

Made famous by 'La Dolce Vita' film in 1960, the Via Veneto is going through a glamorous renaissance. Bars, restaurants, chic hotels and boutiques all vie for attention in the street which coined the expression 'paparazzo' – the surname of the photojournalist in the film. Nearby, the Spanish Steps are the place for lovers' trysts, shopping, and honing the Italian art of 'dolce far niente' – idling and people-watching.
