The locks on the room doors are not working. This was a problem throughout the facility. We could not get into our rooms when we arrived, after going to breakfast, and when returning after touring Vicksburg. A staff member said this has not been fixed for weeks.

The rooms were large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. It very close to Civil War park which is what we came for. We had large group with 2 rooms, they put us right next to each other and both rooms were great

This hotel left much to be desired despite the great reviews and talk of cleanliness. Our toilet was leaking, we received towels with hair on them, their were stains on the furniture. We left to get cleaning items to clean the room. My significant other was not willing to touch anything till we wiped down everything.

I book a 2 bed with sofa sleeper and was put in a handicap room. Definitely was not in the description of the room i selected!! I wont be back here after this stay!!

It was a really quiet stay. The staff was great but the breakfast was not the most pleasant experience and when you call the front desk you never get a answer, i tried for two days. Other than those two things it was a very pleasant experience.

The location was fine and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was decent. I had two rooms and in one of the rooms the top comforter was stained. We requested another one it was stained as well. The curtain rod was broken and the bathroom was not clean upon check-in. We got in so late that we did our own housekeeping with the Lysol and Clorox wipes we packed. The doors in both rooms with not close properly the floors were not level. Additionally the TV in room 301 had a line in the middle of the screen. We were in town for a funeral and once we returned from the funeral home were informed that the hotel did not have any running water. We had to go to a restaurant to use the facilities. This was a huge inconvenience to my family.

I had to reactivate my room key card 3 times, for the 2 nights stat which was a hassle. For the 1st 2 hours after arrival there was no water.

Terrific suite
We've been traveling for 2 weeks. Best hotel we stayed in by far. 1. Large, well appointed suite with a terrific layout. 2. Welcoming staff. 3. Good bed and linens 4. Large shower 5. Good quality furniture 6. Central location close to the Vicksburg National battlefield.

We waited over 40 min for the attendant to show up and check us in. Other people came and left. She looked disheveled and wasn’t pleasant and didn’t apologize until later on when we were bringing luggage in. She said she was in the bathroom. I called the number and called the corporate number to try and find someone to help Otherwise, the stay was good

Great stay! SUPER GREAT staff and GM. Very helpful and kind. Thank you! The only downside to this hotel is the design. Doors very heavy and you hear "slamming" throughout the hotel. Gaps in doors let sound into room. Other than that, great room, comfortable and CLEAN.

The room was nice, cold ac, no strange smells. The bathroom had some wear and tear, but was clean. The sheets did not look like they had been changed and the top quilt was dirty.

The room needs to be technologically updated. No USB plugs, loose TV connection, loose electrical sockets, and malfunctioning door lock keycard reader. Had to go to the front desk three times to have our keycards recoded.
