“excellent hotel staff”

The rooms could do with some updating but the lobby, breakfast, night snacks and the fabulous staff made up for any shortcomings. It is a little difficult to find at first but once you find it and excellent place for spending time at the military cemetary.

“Not Impressed”

The first room didn't have a microwave so we asked to be switched. The next room had a filthy refrigerator and the grabage baskets had not been emptied. Also the door wouldn't close all the way. It looked as if it had been kicked in before. The third room was ok but the bathroom could have been cleaner.

“Very comfortable place, friendly staff”

In a neighborhood with lots of restaurants and right across the battlefield. The hallways were a little run-down but the rooms were in a great state and the staff was super friendly.

Check in time was fast, staff was very friendly. The beds were to die for I slept like a baby. I would to have that bed at home. I have a pillow top mattress but this mattress was the best.

“Average hotel room”

It was of average size and ammenities. The hotel was near freeway. Room was clean.

“Kind of old.”

Lots of the architectural detail and feel of the hotel is still rooted in the 60s-70's motor hotel style, Really Spartan, utilitarian, and not all that welcoming. It was, however, excepted by the new shower, and the comfort of the bed. I got sick, and spent most of my two days in bed, the linens were high quality, clean and comfortable as were the pillows and mattress. I guess, in the end, that's what REALLY matters. Wi-Fi worked quite well the entire time we were there.

“Not impressed”

I expected a lot more of the comfort of the beds when I booked my reservation. I didn't sleep well at all and the bed created pain in my back for about a week after the fact. I also expect a bit more out of the food. I expected there to be more of a selection for the price I paid for my room and the fact I have stayed in a Quality before and the food was much better. The staff were VERY polite which I did appreciate and the hotel was clean. I would not stay at a Quality in again unless the beds are changed.
