"Perfect for relaxing break"
Posted Jan 11, 2013
Pros: The position and the staff
Cons: Nothing
Location: Just out of the main area of Victoria but within walking distance
A perfect place to enjoy Victoria, close enough to walk to the centre but far enough away to be peaceful. The staff were more than helpful and recommend places to eat, directions etc. the breakfast was delicious with delightful choices. Excellent DVD library. Early evening hors d'oerves were lovely and the public seating areas are comfortable. Bedroom was comfortable and clean, little touches like welcome cookies, water bottles and gorgeous smelling toiletries completed the stay

Nice spot to stay in Victoria

Very friendly staff. Nice ambiance with updated, modern rooms. Nice complimentary tea and snacks and breakfast. More of a small European hotel experience and very nice for a change. Good location and on site parking.

Unsurpassed!
Posted Jan 29, 2013
Pros: Service and ambiance
Cons: That we could not stay longer
Location: Near the center of Victoria
A wonderful hotel ... unsurpassed service, delicious breakfast served in a bright, warm dining room, beds and tubs that please to no end, and a location that is walkable to the best of Victoria! What more can one ask? Only mistake was we stayed only for one night; recommend at least a two night stay!

Abigail's is #1 in my books!
Posted Jan 28, 2013
Pros: The staff is outstanding
Cons: There was nothing to complain about
Location: The location is great! Close enough to the inner harbour to walk everywhere, but far enough away to be very quiet.
Abigail's hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff was attentative, without being invasive, helpful without being overbearing, their knowledge of local restauants, activities and places to see were exceptional! No task was too small or too big for the staff to help with, The experience of staying at Abigails was perfect! It is our new favourite hotel in Victoria to stay at.

Accommodate Gluten Intolerance
Posted Jan 9, 2013
The staff are friendly, efficient, accommodating and attentive. They try very hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast is delicious and they are able to accommodate gluten free or allergy restrictions, so too is the afternoon snack. Nice quiet neighborhood

The perfect B & B
Posted Jan 12, 2013
Very quiet and clean B & B. Unexpected afternoon snacks ( cheese, salami, coffee), comfortable room located in a nice residential area. About a 5 minute walk to the Royal BC Museum, etc. Only negative is the stairs are pretty severe if you've got heavy bags.
