highway side rooms are too noisy, otherwise staff are excellent and good value for price.

Not bad for price.

The hotel is a bit far from downtown Victoria to comfortably walk. On the other hand, the price was very good. I was there for a conference, but had I been there to visit Victoria, I would have preferred to stay somewhere more central.

Pros: It looks nice but the pictures.
Cons: This is not a room for a family with a child.
Location room not interesting. rear of the building, ground floor, room lies the room where it seems breakfast, loud, My child could not sleep. People stand near the window with breakfast and talking loudly.

stayed here again this trip [one night only] because was good last trip [when stayed several nights around family funeral] - location was ideal for us re: access to main roadways areas we needed to get to; staff offered discount last time re; circumstances of being there; and both times accommodated request for specific areas of the hotel re: possibly quieter and monitoring of vehicle in parking lot - staff were all pleasant [not always the case - next place we stayed was NOT pleasant]

Comfortable and relaxing

Pros: Very considerate room amenities and good continental breakfast.
Cons: Loud noise when using water, toilet does not flush well, and a bit slow Internet.
Location: Be prepared to walk a little bit if you need to take a bus.
The staff were friendly. The room had all the amenities that I had wanted. Good continental breakfast. Beautiful flower baskets hanging on the edges of the building. Had to walk two blocks to take a bus. I could hear the loud noise when people in adjacent rooms used water. Internet a bit slow.

Accent Inn was good value overall

The hotel was simple and nice. It was quite easy to get to downtown by bus though the actual location isn't ideal. The staff was pleasant and the rooms a good size.

YOU GOTTA STAY HERE1

Pros: lOCATION/SIZE OF ROOMS.
Cons: tHE BATHROOM SINK BEING OUTSIDE OF THE TUB AND CHAMBER.
Location: GREAT TO ACCESS ALL AMENITIES.
The ACCENT INN on Maple Street is close to the Royal Jubilee Hospital and convenient to other amenities. Drawback was that the ABC Restaurant was no longer there beside INN>. Rooms are large, beds comfortable and staff are most accommodating... well equipped for the price.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Very pet friendly. Close to Mayfair Mall and downtown. Great place to stay and reasonably priced.
