Good HotelPosted May 14, 2015
The hotel is conveniently located. The desk staff were professional. The room I stayed in was in good shape. Everything worked (TV, lights, fan, aircon, etc). The carpet and sofa, bed and desk looked and felt in good shape - not brand new, but not old either. The only down-side to the location is if you are staying on the side of the hotel facing Blanshard, which is a main traffic artery; so if you have the window open before about 9pm, the traffic noise is significant. However, it was quiet enough with the window open at night.

A clean, quiet, friendly hotelPosted May 11, 2015
Very clean hotel with a staff that goes the extra mile to make your stay nice. Lots of fun little touches that are sure to put a smile on your face. Hotel staff was very helpful with finding your way around the many amazing sights of Victoria!

Good but on main highwayPosted May 6, 2015
Pros: The rooms were nice and the staff was friendly. The breakfast lady was fantastic and very chatty!
Cons: Parking can be a little tight especially with the burger restaurant is busy.
Location: It is a quick drive to downtown Victoria and malls.
It was a nice hotel. We had a room facing the back, which I would suggest because it eliminated the road noise. The staff was very nice and they offered a good breakfast in the morning. The room was nice and clean and they left a care package in our room filled with water and goodies which was appreciated. It is located on a pretty busy main street, but that also makes it a quick drive to downtown Victoria.

Great service and convenient location!Posted May 4, 2015
The hotel staffs are very friendly. This is our second time staying with them within 8 months. The front desk upgraded our room without changing the fees! That is a bonus! The downside is the kitchen room does not have a microwave. There is a new lounge that is opened end of last year, and the menu looks great! We will go back again on our September trip.

Call a plumberPosted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: My room was very clean and comfortable with a separate sitting and sleeping area and TV's in both rooms. The continental breakfast is a nice extra.
Cons: Fix the extreme plumbing noise and get happier, more welcoming front desk staff. The lady on breakfast duty was very congenial and happy. Clone her.
Location: The inn faces a 6 lane roadway but traffic noise is ok overnight except for the odd siren.
Never stayed in a hotel/motel with such noisy plumbing. Very disturbing especially late at night and early in the morning when everyone is flushing, brushing and bathing.
