“Worst Hotel Ever”

My wife booked this room because there were not any other rooms available. Pictures look a whole lot better than it is. I took a taxi from airport and if I had a vehicle at the hotel I would I have sleep in it. The place was very run down, the air conditioner in the room did not work. and when I moved out the night stand to plug in my phone charger - roaches went everywhere. Needless to say I did not get a good nights sleep. In the morning I could see light around the door and holes in the wall. I would never stay here again. Sorry all the travel agencies should take this hotel off their websites.

“Will avoid”

The hotel is not to recommend, not even for a one day stay. Location is a problem as it was by railroad tracks & the train sound will wake you several times during the night. I had issues with the cleanliness of the room, as i get few bites from some kind of insect while sleeping. Managed to capture a black insect & gave it to the reception & told them the room need a pest control service visit, their reaction was as if it was nothing. I have difficulties seeing how Expedia will give it a 2 star rating.

Area recommendations

Avoid the Mexican restaurant down 2 traffic lights from the hotel as the food quality was very poor.

I would like to sincerely apologize for what you experienced at our hotel and hope that you will give us the opportunity to provide you with an excellent stay. I want to assure you that we have pest control visit our rooms on a regular basis to ensure the safety of our guests. Unfortunately there is not much that can be done regarding the location of our hotel as the railroad tracks run right through the center of Victoria and affect many businesses and neighborhoods. Once again, I do apologize and anticipate your visit again one day.

“filthy and run down roach motel”

the bathroom was dity the carpet was so filthy it turned my socks black walking on it the room next door had a prostitute doing business per customer i spoke too the pool and area were filthy and dirty (beer cans around pool dirty pool with lots of leaves in bottom

“Impressed!”

I recently stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff was very courteous and welcoming. The restaurant served great food and the bartender was extremely friendly. The room was very nice and had a large TV, looked brand new! The ground was well kept, nice and clean, my kids had a great time at the pool! I overall give this hotel an A+! Thanks! ~An Extremely Satisfied Customer! PS---I'll be back for sure!!

“A Place to Sleep”

The motel is a relatively inexpensive place to get a place to sleep, unless your room happens to be where the long-term residents are gathering to visit outside your door. This is not a vacation type motel. Breakfast was minimal, But the staff were pleasant and helpful. I only staid one night.
