“Excellent stay in Sidney”
Wonderful cozy, homey but also luxurious hotel in Sidney. Close to resturants and the marina. I will stay here again next time I am in Sidney.
“Wow!”
I'm not a B & B fan because the ones I've stayed at before were not well-soundproofed, had insufficient bathrooms, and my allergies would act up. However, the Beacon Inn was very quiet, well-laid out, elegant, comfortable, clean and well-constructed. The bathroom had a wonderful soaker tub, also. I sank into the love seat in the bay window after a long day of traveling and thought I never wanted to get up. If I ever go back to Sidney, I know where I'm staying!
“SIDNEY'S BEST B&B”
Within easy walking distance of the town center. Rooms: Clean; beautifully appointed. Breakfast: Excellent; substantial. Staff: Friendly, informed and helpful. We left an item behind; they cheerfully mailed it to us.
“Such a Big Tub :)”
The room was Nice with a capital "N". Bath was jetted, staff were friendly and provide breakfast was good. If I'll go back to Vancouver Island, it's here I'm going. Close to Washington State Ferry terminal so you can walk; only a few blocks to Sidney and it's shops and restaurants. Has romantic fireplace - nice lounge in front of building - nice place to chat with other guests.
“One of the most beautiful places”
Beacon's Inn is a wonderful place to stay. Tea before breakfast (approx 30 mins)was awaiting us each morning. Breakfast was elegantly prepared each morning. The rooms were well prepared each day and a glass of sherry was available in the lounge each evening. I recommend this establishment in Sidney to one and all!!
