Front desk personnel was rude, uncaring, no customer service at all. Request was for 1st floor, was told all booked & to basically take what they had or leave. I had booked this room over a month in advance for a planned weekend away at the beach. I am 69 single lady& have health issues. Asked if they put me on 2nd floor they would give me a room close to elevator. Proceeded to go to my room & found it was the farest room from elevator. By this time with my health issues I was in so much pain, I called down to the front desk & was put on hold so long that the system hung up. About 5 minutes later they called me back and the girl told me her manager told me I was going to have to stay un that room, they would NOT give me anything else.
The room had glass ring marjs that weren't cleaned off on furniture. Bathtub shower barely worked ... Trickled water out. Tub drain was stopped up. Had to stand in water .
Next morning went to check out & front desk person asked if everything was okay. I told her they this was a weekend get away ruined by the night personnel who refused to give me the room requested & booked for a month in advance. And told her the full story. This person stated on my paperwork it dhowed I was to be put in room 117 on first floor & stated she was not sure why they put me on 2nd floor in a room farthest from evstor. She apologized & stated she would tell manager. There was a group of us who planned this weekend who were treated very RUDEalso.
