Upscale site that is very scenic and well maintained. The BIG problem is they forgot a basic function, sleeping! The beds are firm (which is ok) but they have no cushioning whatsoever. If this isn't a problem for you then 5 stars. Unfortunately for my back and hips it's a problem and ended up ruining the stay. OBTW asked if they had a foam topper they could put on and they had nothing, too bad it could have easily resolved the problem.

The value and quality of location for the cost was quite good, although we booked last minute and during the low season. The hotel restaurant had delicious breakfast and the cost felt quite reasonable for what we got. The short rib hash was delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful view over the marina and did not hear any noise from the ferries.

I had a fabulous two evenings in the resort! Staff was so friendly and attentive. Everything was so nice. The view did not disappoint. What a view! The bed was okay and the pillows could use a refresh. Towels were nice. Can see pride in the housekeeping. Nice welcome card and truffles. LOVE this place and can not wait to return.

For a VIP property unfortunately this one has declined. The beds were only two twins in a double queen suite. The resort pub was enjoyable but their wine list is very spendy.

I love Brentwood Bay Resort! This was my second time staying here and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel valued. The rooms are beautiful, large but cozy, from the jetted tub with an ocean view, to the fireplace, and the patio with a table and chairs. I love the menus at both the pub and the restaurant, and although I didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool, I like that it was an option. I can't wait to go back!
