Staff was friendly, room was clean, it was a lot quieter than expected, super close to the save on foods memorial arena.. we were in town for a concert there and probably "could have" walked had it not been so cold ;)
we were a little disappointed with the pub atmosphere, it is nice and the food is decent, but it wasn't what we were expecting.. it was very bright, service was ok, and it allows minors in with and adult accompanying- felt more "cafeteria-y" than a pub...still decent
Loved the complimentary breakfast buffet.. I am a sucker for a waffle!!
overall.. would stay here again!

The hotel is a little out of the way, but situated nicely with pleasant walking trails just across the water. The hotel is older but seems to be well maintained. Looks like lots of businesses use it. We go there mainly for the breakfast, which is far and away the best of any of the budget hotels in Victoria. The breakfast room overlooks the water and has a patio for when the weather is good.

Great location, close to airport and convenient for Victoria and area. On highway but no intrusive noise, could sleep with window open all night. Moc Tudor done perfectly, creates great ambiance. Very clean and comfortable. Good size rooms, bed very comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Make sure you say Hi to the real waddling dog, Basset Hound named John. Excellent breakfast included in the room rate. Good restaurant and pub on site.
