The best of everythingPosted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Great location, great service, great rates
Cons: could we get more than one tea bag in a room, and be able to have milk. Oh, and in the restaurant could they offer low fat milk for hot drinks PLEASE
Location: Great walk into town, fantastic harbour view, access to the east coast
We wanted to be close to town enjoy the harbour views and have room to spread out. The hotel rate we got from Expedia was brilliant, when we arrived the staff were courteous and friendly and we found the room to be spacious and well appointed. The only thing we would like to change is to have more tea bags in the room and to have an alternative to the plastic mild substitute, but maybe that is standard in Canada - this is our first hotel over here. The restaurant has a brilliant view over the harbour and the food was excellent and delivered with great attention and brilliant service.

Room small, a little bit expansive for the value.Posted Apr 14, 2014
Pros: Gym, pool, cleanliness of room.
Cons: Prices in regards to room sixe.
Location: Very nice surroundings. Beautiful James Bay.
It's overpriced for the value and the rooms are smaller than the what you would get at a Best Western.

well located hotel with superb viewPosted Apr 13, 2014
Pros: the location and the view
Cons: hate paying extra for parking pace of service in the restaurant a bit too slow
receiving a warm welcome and an upgraded room meant so much the restaurant - the Blue Crab - was a real plus - excellent food and an excellent window table overlooking the harbour made the evening memorable

Nice hotel close to everythingPosted Apr 12, 2014
Everything went smoothly for our stay. The only issue I had was that they took a hold on my credit card for the entire stay, as if it were not a prepaid reservation, which caused a slight issue for other expenses. Pool was great, as was the hot tub. Awesome there was actual art on the walls. Beds were comfy, and they literally have big bottles of shampoo, etc, so I didn't have to ask for more.

Excellent locationPosted Apr 10, 2014
We absolutely loved this hotel. Walking path all the way around the harbour. Close to downtown, lots of tours, restaurants galore. Fisherman's wharf is a great place to visit and also very close to this hotel. Lots to see and do, too many to mention. Will definitely be back.

A nice hotel close to the harbour.Posted Apr 7, 2014
Pros: I like the convenient location and complete amenities, as well as secure underground parking.
Location: The location provides excellent views of the harbour and is close to Fisherman's Wharf, ferry terminals, and museums.
We spent two days shopping, sight-seeing and dinning all within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel also provides a courtesy shuttle for the foot weary or if you are caught in the rain.

good location,not brand newPosted Apr 6, 2014
Pros: easy to find, reasonable sale price, quiet area, quiet room, liked the teeny balcony with sliding door
Cons: why do hotels have tiles in the showers? they are so hard to clean.
Location: in the summer you can take the water taxi in the eve, but right not it only runs until 5pm. close to beacon hill park and their crazy peacocks!
friendly staff, comfy bed, pretty walk to downtown victoria
