Nice hotel not to far from the cityPosted Jul 31, 2015
Pros: The price was good and we enjoyed the free breakfast.
Cons: The decor could be updated (flashback to the 90's) and the internet definitely needs to be upgraded.
Location: The location wasn't bad. We were close to the highway and about a 10 min drive from downtown.
Nice hotel, but could use some decor updating. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the pillow menu. The breakfast in the morning was good, but could have used a little more variety. Our only complaint was that the internet was extremely slow or non-existent. The girls at the front desk were very pleasant and always smiling.

Comfortable HotelPosted Jul 26, 2015
Pros: Comfortable room and beds with good amenities and access to major roads.
Easy access to everything in and around Victoria. Free Parking which is becoming a rarity in this City.

Fustrating.Posted Jul 25, 2015
The key card to access the building doesn't work consistently... We were locked out 3 times... Same experience for some of the other guests... No safe in the room or at the front desk... After 3 requests for early checkin, made us wait 30 mins past regular check in time as the room was not ready... Wasn't happy with the stay

Reasonable hotel but too far away from city centrePosted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: Provide finishing touches in room. People need at least a glass of water upon arrival.
Location: Bad location with nothing to do. No restaurants of coffee shops open after 5pm.
No water, milk or glasses in room. Poor wifi reception. Breakfast was terrible. Dining room too small for size of hotel and number of guests. Only one staff member on duty in ding room attempting to do everything from greeting people, cleaning tables and replenishing food when required.

Great location, hearty breakfastPosted Jul 7, 2015
Nice, clean, quiet hotel stay. Enjoyed location close to a shopping mall with free parking but not too far a drive from Victoria downtown. Hearty breakfast with plenty of seating room. Free newspaper at the door helped us get a feel for Canadian concerns of the day.

Nice HotelPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: Convenient, free parking, breakfast included, had a laundry for guests.
Location: Is too far to walk into town but close enough to drive easily. Unfortunately then have to pay for parking in most lots.
Stayed for two nights while visiting Victoria, was disappointed was not as close to the harbor as had thought, but dinner at the pub made up for not being able to just walk to a restaurant. Was probably quite a bit quieter not being in the center of town. Room was larger than most two bed rooms and comfortable, breakfast was good and plenty of it (had two teenage boys with us, so breakfast included is a must!)

Good central locationPosted Jun 29, 2015
Overall great! Only downfall room very bright at night from neon light from business across street and no blackout curtains.
