Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort & Spa

The physical space of the hotel was great. The views of Victoria harbour excellent. The restaurant however was overpriced ($3 per egg!) and the service slow. After waiting for 10 minutes to get a seat in a half full restaurant, I left and walked 5 minutes to a delightful little bakery 5 minutes away. This hotel offers a great room and location but not much else.

The hotel is located across the harbor from downtown. You can take a water taxi or the hotel provides a shuttle. The staff was very helpful from the valet, housekeeping to reception and concierge. The bed was extremely comfortable. Our stay was from a Monday to a Friday and we had no complaints. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great recent stay. Only took 1 star off as the food was cold from buffet and service less than desired. They replaced part of it but still cold & didn't ask once how it was. Overall hotel is great with the mode room and location is great and still my choice of stay (I'll just skip the morning breakfast buffet next time). The in-room dining meal was excellent and they accommodated my wheat-free bun burger request. Still my choice of place to stay when on business in Victoria.

Very comfortable and stylish accommodation. Excellent breakfasts and lunches in the main restaurant with gorgeous harbour views. My friend made good use of the spa. Easy walking access to downtown attractions. A bit more complicated if you take the car because of the bridge access. Hotel staff were very pleasant, efficient and courteous. No complaints except would have appreciated a robe in the room for the spa.

Stayed on the 7th floor overlooking the bay. View was wonderful. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. No safe and no bathtub or fan in bathroom but that was not a problem for us. Breakfast in restaurant was great and service friendly. The thing that we enjoyed the most was the shuttle service to and from downtown. The fellows were very accomodateing- took you where you wanted to go and picked you up when you were ready to return. (They gave you a card with their phone # on it when they dropped you off). Enjoyed our stay here very much.

Great location and ocean view! Exceeded expectations with regards to service and amenities - we would definitely go back again.
