Bed bugs
It was awful. Our room had bed bugs, so we got a new room. It seemed fine but we're worried about them spreading. The hotel could not refund our start because it was done via hotels.com

The sleeping was so comfortable so fluffy. Could not get the blackout curtains to close but that was the only thing I found.

So, the property is probably a one star hotel. They don't take care of the facilities. I requested a suite with a sleeper sofa and it was broken, they moved us to another room with the same problem, they gave us another room besides the one we booked which was ok, but I wanted to sleep with my family on the same room. The chairs at the pool are broken. I won't return to this property again.

fire alarm went off for a whole hour at night. no apology or urgency to fix problem. there was dirty towels in the bath tub. but the good is the breakfast was great and plenty of hot food and a staff member refilling through out the times.

Disappointed
Very disappointed due to I didn’t choose the hotel where my friends we’re staying because y’all had a pool and hot tub, so went with y’all. Well we didn’t even know or no sign was posted that the pool was closed due to being green. My husband asked the front desk and all she said yea it’s close cause it’s dirty. Memorial weekend and y’all knew y’all will have visitors just saying. Then one of my light fixtures in the restroom went out on Sunday and we told front desk and all she said well maintenance don’t work on weekends.

Wrong key…wrong time!
We always choose this hotel. Not our first stay, definitely still our go to hotel. Upon check in we were give a key to a room being currently occupied by someone else. Needless to say that couple was busy! Definitely embarrassing!

Pool in need of new furniture
The toilet in Room 336 would get stuck upon flushing and the water ran until the lid was removed and the arm release so the bulb could cover the hole allowing the tank to fill. The fold out sofa was not in working order. At the pool there was plenty of outdoor furniture was available. Unfortunately 80% was broken. The metal parts were broke with jagged rusty metal. It was a big risk for punctures and the need for a tetanus injection. The staff was friendly and attentive
