“Nice place for a getaway!”
The staff at the Railto were awsome! Great hotel in a great location!
“Well located for nightlife”
The front desk service was pleasant and helpful, and the location was convenient, but far from quiet. Self-parking in a lot two blocks away was $15, which may be reasonable for that neighborhood. Good restaurants abound nearby. Our room was decent-sized, but bathroom was TINY. All in all, a fine spot if you're on a leisure trip, but not the best for businespeople, families, or those who need to catch an early plane or ferry.
“Chic twist on historic Victoria”
The Rialto worked out perfectly for us for a single night in Victoria. The central locations enabled us to have lunch in Chinatown and walk the historic streets and harbor area without feeling exhausted. Parking slightly inconvenient a block away, but the solid location meant we didn't need the use the car after checking in. Room was stylish and clean with everything we needed. Something of a wine theme, with bottles for purchase in the room, affiliation with downstairs wine shop and tapas bar. No problem with that. Front desk was very helpful and even arranged for us and our baby to be served food in the lobby dining area, since he was not allowed in the tapas bar. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place. The staff was courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the location because it was easy to walk and explore downtown. No real negatives. Only stayed one night.
