“Chic twist on historic Victoria”

The Rialto worked out perfectly for us for a single night in Victoria. The central locations enabled us to have lunch in Chinatown and walk the historic streets and harbor area without feeling exhausted. Parking slightly inconvenient a block away, but the solid location meant we didn't need the use the car after checking in. Room was stylish and clean with everything we needed. Something of a wine theme, with bottles for purchase in the room, affiliation with downstairs wine shop and tapas bar. No problem with that. Front desk was very helpful and even arranged for us and our baby to be served food in the lobby dining area, since he was not allowed in the tapas bar. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay while in Victoria. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They also provide a complimentary cheese platter and breakfast pastry and hot drink to your stay.

“Great Hotel for a Visit to Lovely Victoria”

We were looking for a downtown Victoria BC hotel and the Rialto fit our needs perfectly. The room was lovely and the complimentary breakfast was great---best latte I've ever had! Only problem was that there is quite a lot of street noise, but that's what you have with large city hotels. We were able to walk to every site we wanted to visit---shops, museums, and restaurants.

“Great Downtown Hotel!”

Newly renovated hotel w/offsite parking, staff have good recommendations, and are professional. Room 403 was super-stuffy in the warm afternoon-either no ventaliation or we couldn't find it (the thermostat went to 18/64, but the room never cooled off) - no opening windows or fans (after two hot showers, the whole room was humid). We never did ask for help with that, so perhaps there was an easy fix? Bonus: heated floor in the bathroom for winter guests!

“Hotel Rialto Remodel a hit !”

Don't let this little gem escape your view. Visit the Tapas bar downstairs !.. the Absynthe is delightful nightcap. Breakfast in the downstairs coffee shop ( coupon for 3$ off ) was a great suprise and very tasty. ALL*** the staff were wonderful and accomodating.

Everything that would be expected was met. Cleanliness, quality, and quiet. The staff was interested and helpful with whatever the request happened to be. More than willing to help and offer suggestions. Central location - we walked to the places we wanted to see. Recently renovated and beautiful. Would definetly stay again.
