Inn at Laurel Point

A beautiful hotel in an beautiful location. We really enjoyed the Erickson wing rooms with. View of the harbor.

We enjoyed the environment, memories made & beautiful pictures shared.

We stayed in the economy wing of the hotel. The room was great and we had a beautiful view of the harbor. The ONLY thing was the beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that we all had trouble sleeping. On the second night we even tried to layer blankets for more padding. Otherwise this hotel is great!

Very helpful, and quick response to my needs. I cannot expect any more. Food in restaurant is great. If there is a gift shop in the hotel will add more fun and convenuence,

We booked 1 suite room at Erickson Wing and 1 regular room. The suite was top class.. best room i've stayed. It had a big patio with spectecular view of the water and garden. Great location. Great service.

I was surprised when I got back to my room after the cleaning person had been there and he/she didn't hang up or replace the wet facecloth I left on the bathroom counter. Nor were my kid's cloths picked up from the floor next to the bed. My kid should've picked them up herself, but in my experience the cleaner usually picks things like this up and places them on a chair or something, Did he/she walk on or around them to make the bed? Front staff were good, but I was disappointed that the Inn doesn't have a shuttle to downtown. Apparently other hotels in that area do have shuttles and this would've been very helpful and appreciated. What happened instead is that I had to drive in that horrendous downtown with one-way streets all over the place, plus I had to pay for additional parking, when I'd already paid for parking at the hotel and $17 per day was pretty steep. My experience with that really impacted my overall satisfaction with my visit to Victoria. Next time I'll choose a similar standard hotel, but one with a shuttle.

Great hotel, staff and accomadations supurb, clean as a hotel can be ,comfort is number one there ...could,ent ask for anything better when it comes to a 4 star hotel.

check in was very easy. i requested a view from our room and wow they did not disappoint. it is a great hotel, the staff are incredibly friendly. i would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Victoria, or even just looking for a night out of the house.
