Pros: Quiet room.
Cons: Add boiled eggs to the breakfast buffet. Think about relocating the clothes rack in handicapped room so it isn't dangerous.
I had a lovely, quiet room with no outside noise. I was given a room with handicap accommodation, as it was the last non-smoking one available. Unfortunately, I bumped my head on the clothes rack, which was situated lower than in a regular room. My only other concern was with the breakfast buffet. For what I paid for the room, I thought there should at least have been some boiled eggs. There were lots of sweetrolls, cereal, and a waffle maker, none of which I could take advantage of, as I am gluten intolerant. Fortunately there was a little carton of yogurt and a few pieces of fresh fruit. The room was clean and the staff were nice.

A nightmare of rudeness and neglect

Rude and listless hotel employees, especially the person manning the front desk. Toilets broke TWICE. Transferred rooms twice, TV would not work in another room. Disgusting and rude, ill-mannered, and completely unwelcoming. Hope this place burns to the ground. Will never stay at a Super 8 again, and certainly not the one in Victoria.
