“Good for Victoria”

This hotel was in a good location in Victoria and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I had was that I asked for a non-smoking room, and the room smelled like smoke. But other than that, I would recommend this motel to those who seek an economy place to stay.

“don't plan to return”

First room had poor beds and air conditioner did not work (A/C Unit Needs Replacing). Refrigerator okay. second room (Second Night) had good beds and A/C but no refrigerator. Had to ask for additional towels, etc. both nights.

“Beware!”

When the air conditioner was broken in one of our rooms, the manangement tried to blame us for not selecting air conditioned rooms. There wasn't even a power cord to plug it in with. Basically the only praise I can give this place is the price and the king sized beds which were comfortable. The management needs some training in customer service and problem solving.

“Not impressed”

Bedsheet on check in not clean and with stains. Wont go back ever to this place

“Stay away from this hotel”

The condition of the hotel is pretty bad. The room is not clean at all. They first gave us a room that doesn't have AC. After we complained to them, they gave us another room. Both rooms were not clean. The bed was too soft, and not clean either. If you don't want to have bad dreams, stay away from the hotel.

“A pit.”

Don't stay here unless you have to.
