“Great hotel for families”

The hotel is in the downtown area so it's close to everything (including the bus terminal). We took the ferry from Vancouver and was able to get on a bus on the ferry and it's about a 3min walk from the bus terminal to the hotel. The room condition is a bit dated (i.e. not modern), but it's very clean and there's room for a rollaway bed for a kid.

“Great choice in Victoria, BC”

Excellent location in Victoria. Short walk to the main Harbor. Victoria is a beautiful city with plenty to see and do. The room was very clean and the staff was top notch. The consierge lounge had plenty to offer. Very helpful and very polite staff all the way around. We will definitely stay at this hotel again during our next visit to Victoria.

“Lovely Hotel”

Perfect hotel for a romantic weekend getaway. Great location - within walking distance of almost everything. Room service was excellent, lobby was beautiful, all hotel employees were wonderful to us with lots of smiles and asking if we were having a good visit. We will definitely be back.

“Double Thumbs Up”

We were very pleased with the Marriott Inner Harbor from the moment we stepped into the lobby. It was bustling with activity, a wedding going on we later found out, but the staff were very efficient, professional, ultra polite and courteous and mostly, everyone had a smile on his or her face which made us feel welcome and relaxed instantly. We ordered room service the first night after a long travel day. Our meal had fine dining presentation and was fresh and hot. The fitness facility and pool was mediocre, small, but clean and had a large supply of towels. Everything was within short walking distance from the IMAX and BC Museum to great restaurants and shopping. We definitely recommend this hotel the next time you stay in Victoria, BC.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. The room is beautiful, we had a great view of the waterfront. Service impecable, staff are extremely friendly. Concierge floor with breakfast in the morning and appetizers in the evening is a great feature, especially when you got young children. Overall, hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated. The restaurant downstairs is great, food is excellent, the service is just impeccable. Would come back time and time again!!!
