“Located ideally for FUN, FOOD, and Great views!”

This hotel is great! Sure there's no pool... but... you'll entirely forget about it from the moment you check in... which you can do as you drive into the underground parkade. Ideally located in downtown, near to all restaurants, shopping, museums, parks, LOVELY SCENERY! THe balconys on the hotel are increedible, take a room facing the bay, its totally worth while... WONDERFUL

“Understated comfort!”

With some business to attend to in Victoria, I invited my wife to join me and make a mini-vacation out of the trip. The weather was supposed to be fall-like with rain predicted but turned out sunny and brisk. The location of the hotel was terrific - I could get to my meetings in minutes and my wife tried out several jogging/walking trails around the harbour, across the bridge, and through the parks. Dining was delightful with dozens of great restaurants within walking distance. The hotel room was well appointed - comfortable, quiet, and clean. We met some of the hotel residents and they were very proud of their building - and it showed. The only improvement I would suggest would be another chair in the room. Parking was underground and a bit awkward with our larger SUV but there were always spots available (no charge). The hotel also provided a free breakfast with hot cereal (Red River), eggs, muffins, toast, bagels, cereal, yogourt, fruit, and delicious coffee. We're looking forward to staying at the Regent again soon.

This hotel on the waterfront is right in the center of everything - you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. With free garage parking and breakfast included, it's a great value.

“Would recommend to my family and friends”

We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite, which also had a full kitchen. I was wonderful!!! We had a habour few and woke up to seals swimming below us. The kids loved it!!! Free breakfast was good but nothing special. We got it sent to our room for a nominal fee. (Wonderful with small children.)Close to everything. Government street was just a few blocks away. Parking lot small but we walked everywhere anyways.

“"A perfect location"”

My husband and I stayed for a week at this great hotel which was in a perfect location. We enjoyed the balcony at the end of a long day and the breakfast buffet included was very nice. A couple of mornings we sat outside on the restaurant's balcony to eat. The rooms were well kept and the bathrobes to use were appreciated. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the flowers outside.

“Best deal in Victoria”

This was an extraordinarily fine hotel for the price. One of the bet rooms we've ever stayed in. As good as a Hilton at almost half the price. Excellent location on the waterfront downtown. You can walk from here to everything worth seeing--except Butchart Gardens, which are 45 minutes north of town.

“Must stay in Victoria”

Room was great! Stayed in a suite with Harbor view (heard the partial harbor view rooms are not as good due to hearing the foot traffic). Room was very large with a full kitchen and separate living room from the bedroom. Location was great as it is right on the water and walking distance to everything downtown. Extremely satisfied with my hotel choice for my first visit to Victoria!
