Overlooking Victoria's colorful inner harbor, this hotel offers both condominium-style suites and individual hotel rooms. In addition to a superb waterfront location, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and nightlife and is one km (0.5 mi) from many downtown Victoria attractions.
A complimentary Continental breakfast is served daily in Water's Edge Café, with harbor views. Included in the breakfast buffet are assorted pastries, fruit salad, yogurt, cottage cheese, hard-boiled eggs, assorted cereals, juices, coffee and tea. An adjacent restaurant provides room service during lunch and dinner hours.
High-speed Internet access is complimentary in the 24-hour self-service business center. A DVD library (surcharge) is also provided. Spa services include aromatherapy, massage, body and facial treatments, and manicures and pedicures.
Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel.

This mid-rise hotel offers condominium-style suites and deluxe hotel rooms, all with furnished private balconies and views of the waterfront and/or city. “Great hotel, easy access to Kenmore Air dock”
The hotel is very convenient to the float plane dock, and most of the other tourist attractions, and there were several great restaurants within an easy walk.

Excellent Hotel. Great Staff and very convenient to downtown, restaurants, touring sights, wharf, river and exciting nightlife. Great accomodations and amenities in the Hotel. Room modern and cozy. great views of the bay and opposite shore. No need for a vehicle as everything was within walking distance. Would definitely highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
“Hard to find a nicer facility anywhere”
The unit was very clean, as we would expect, and very well equipted. The free breakfast was buffet style but well stocked with convient hours and friendly staff on hand.The location was close to many restaurants and within walking distance to many local points of interest.This is a very quiet and comfortable facility with a friendly staff

This hotel on the waterfront is right in the center of everything - you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. With free garage parking and breakfast included, it's a great value.

This was an extraordinarily fine hotel for the price. One of the bet rooms we've ever stayed in. As good as a Hilton at almost half the price. Excellent location on the waterfront downtown. You can walk from here to everything worth seeing--except Butchart Gardens, which are 45 minutes north of town.
“Must stay in Victoria”
Room was great! Stayed in a suite with Harbor view (heard the partial harbor view rooms are not as good due to hearing the foot traffic). Room was very large with a full kitchen and separate living room from the bedroom. Location was great as it is right on the water and walking distance to everything downtown. Extremely satisfied with my hotel choice for my first visit to Victoria!
“Best Stay in Victoria”
We arrived in Victoria as walk on passagers from the COHO ferry from Port Angeles at approx 10 in the morning. We stopped by the hotel shortly after arriving to see if we could have them hold our bags till check in time so we would be unburdening while shopping. They yet us going ahead and check into our room, much to our surprize. The room was beautiful and hotel is near shopping and great places to eat.

This hotel is excellent in every way...from the front desk staff...to the beautiful rooms...to the hotel location! Very happy with our stay here!
