Great locationPosted Feb 17, 2015
Pros: Location and room had all you needed
Cons: Onsite bar.
Location: Right in the heart of everything
In a fantastic location on the waterfront in the heart of the action, easy to walk to everything. Room was very comfortable and had everything you needed, air conditioner was very noisy though. Missed it having a bar onsite but close to all the ones on the city, so not too much of a problem, free breakfast was good. Overall a great choice.

Great view of the harbor and close to everythingPosted Feb 16, 2015
We stayed for the weekend and was extremely happy with the room. We got in late and the check in person ended up upgrading us to a full view room. Rooms were very large, beds were great and the breakfast was really good food.

Nice hotel in downtownPosted Dec 25, 2014
I love the room and the location. Breakfast was simple but still good. The experience overall was quite nice, i like the touch such as the water bottles and ice plus the coffee brewer. Only I couldn't sleep at night due to the noise from outside. Apparently there is a restaurant/bar accross the street that open til late.

Very good hotel, great locationPosted Dec 25, 2014
Pros: The staff - everyone is helpful and very considerate. The view is extraordinary
Cons: When you have a room with a city view it can be a little noisy at night
Location: It's in the middle of all the action and quiet at the same time - shopping, restaurants, quiet walking paths along the water, etc.
We came here because my husband had medical appointments in Victoria and there were a lot of changes in our lenght of stay and the hotel personnel was so accommodating and always with a smile.

Very nice hotel and in the centre of townPosted Nov 27, 2014
Pros: We appreciated the newspaper and that they turned down the bed at night
Cons: Yes your breakfast is to be desired, you could at least have a waffle iron as some hotels that offer that service. It is a good feature to have.
Location: Everything is close by, shopping restuarants, pubs and it was in the centre of town
Staff was friendly, we got an up-grade which turned out to be a suite. Very Very nice. We would certainly stay there again. It was close to all shopping and restuarants.

Upgraded To Massive Penthouse!Posted Nov 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were two couples traveling from Portland, OR to Victoria via Seattle and I booked a two bedroom suite. When we arrived I was informed that we were upgraded to a penthouse suite. It was huge! It was the size of a large condo/apartment; with two (king) bedrooms with their own baths, large fully furnished kitchen, a dining room, living room with separate television alcove, fireplace and a laundry room. The furnishings weren't all that modern but it was very comfortable. We were right over the harbor where the sea planes (which we took from Seattle) and the ferries arrived. The hotel is convenient to all the sights, walkable to Chinatown, the museum and the government building. Many good restaurants in the neighborhood, which because it's Victoria felt really safe at all hours. There was some confusion because we wanted to order room service and there was a menu in the room but when we called we were advised they no longer offered this service. The desk was very apologetic and promised to take the menu out. We called The Joint Pizza across the street and they quickly delivered really good pizza, nachos and salad. The morning we left while waiting for our flight across the street, we had coffee and breakfast at Paradiso Di Stelle, which was stellar. We can't wait to visit Victoria again and stay here.
