I tried to discuss the issues with the property manager, he didn't care instead his response was they were easy fixes, and are fixed now. I checked in at 12am. All I wanted to do was take a shower and go to bed. The shower handle came off, it wasn't installed properly. I almost scolded my skin trying to put it back on to adjust the temperature. I have pictures. The hot water in the vanity sink wasn't working only cold water. The microwave was missing the glass tray to rotate. And the rollers below the tray. There was food in the refridge from the previoys guest. The property was dirty, a large waterheater was in the courtyard. At first I thought the manager was nice until i mentioned the issue. I tried to explain to the front desk person (his wife) but we had a language barrier. Instead i asked to speak with the manager. I just thought he would at least be sympathetic and apologetic. I think expedia should know about what guests are treated like.
