Very nice room, clean, well kept up and modern, and awesome comfortable bed for a very reasonable price (88$/night). We even had a small balcony! All staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend especially if you are traveling Route 66.

The staff were accommodating and friendly. The place was outdated but clean and we were comfortable enough to sleep well after our long drive. Convenient since its near the freeway, there were some restaurants nearby but we didn't get a chance to check them out. Breakfast is good, with waffles, sausage, eggs; the potatoes were really good.

This is a "take the money and run" facility. It's more redeeming value is its location, more or less at the junction of I-15 & I-40 in a hot, dusty and rather boring town with nothing to recommend it. If you have the opportunity to pass it by, it's probably worth the extra miles. If not, accept that it's just for one night and move on. Just don't expect the staff to be particularly welcoming or helpful.

For the price this was a very clean hotel. Room decor was modern, no old hotel or musty smells. Parking was safe and away from Main Street. We felt safe during our stay. We would recommend this hotel for those traveling and need a good nights sleep.

Definitely "last century", but very well-kept. Front desk friendly. Quiet guests. Several fast-food establishments within less than a block from the motel. Rooms spacious and full bathrooms remodeled. Nice respite! Good breakfast buffet.

Comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff and walking distance close to a good Italian and Mexican restaurant. I would stay here again. But would call the motel directly rather than use Expedia. The price goes up with Expedia if you review the motel more than a couple of times.

The property does not look like much from the road and the area has some street people around but not that many or to the point of being scary during the day. The staff was excellent, responsive and professional. The room was real clean and they had nice and plentiful amenities in the bathroom. I was happy to stay there with the view of the inner courtyard pool out my sliding glass door. Most guests seem to be construction workers from around the area so it was quiet as they seem to go to bed fairly early and get up early. It is located close to the off ramp and on ramps but not noisy because they are further away. I would stay again.

It was ok for a night. Towels were small, thin, and needed replacing. TVs were smaller than most hotels today. Parking was convenient. It was a quiet night. The people were friendly and the morning breakfast was very good. The Di Napoli restaurant across the street was convenient and the food was great, despite service being a little slow...but, it was Friday night.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were very nice. Area was along old Route 66, sketchy and lots of abandoned buildings. Noisy traffic until late at night. Much better value for the price than the chain hotels at Lenwood.

I have stayed here previously and will stay here again in the future. Very clean and well maintained rooms and property. Excellent breakfast with a lot of variety. The staff is very pleasant. Directly off of I-15.
